"Good, but not without issues. The hotel is perfectly located - just a 10-minute walk from the airport. That's the main advantage. Ideal for early flights. There's also a shuttle from the hotel (for those with luggage), which is another plus. But the service was disappointing. Upon check-in, we had two connecting rooms (with 2 people in each), but only one set of towels was provided. We had to ask for extra ones. About breakfasts: In other Hampton hotels in Krakow, even with more guests, everything was always replenished on time and the buffet was fully stocked. But here, the staff couldn't keep up. People were queuing, waiting for omelets and other hot dishes. The selection is already smaller than in the other Hampton in Krakow - and when it runs out, it's quite frustrating. In the evening, there was a small incident at the restaurant, but the staff member apologized and gave us a discount - thank you to her for that. Otherwise, everything was fine: clean, comfortable beds, friendly reception staff. Conclusion: For an overnight stay before a flight, it's a good option thanks to its location. But the service and breakfast organization need to be improved to match the standards of other Hampton hotels in the chain. ::: Хорошо, но не без нюансов. Отель расположен отлично — 10 минут пешком до аэропорта, это главный плюс. Для ранних вылетов идеально. Также есть шатл от отеля (для тех, кто с чемоданом), это тоже плюс. Но обслуживание разочаровало. При заезде в двух смежных номерах (по 2 человека в каждом) положили всего один комплект полотенец. Пришлось просить дополнительно. Завтраки — отдельная история. В том же Кракове в других отелях Hampton при большем количестве гостей всё всегда было вовремя и столы полные. А здесь сотрудники не успевали пополнять блюда. Люди стояли в очереди и ждали омлет и другие горячие блюда. Ассортимент итак небольшой, меньше, чем в том же отеле в Кракове и когда пустует — это неприятно. Вечером в ресторане случилась неприятная история с нашим заказом, но сотрудница извинилась и сделала скидку — за это ей отдельное спасибо. В остальном всё хорошо: чисто, кровати удобные, персонал на ресепшене приветливый. Вывод: для ночёвки перед вылетом — вариант хороший благодаря локации. Но сервис и организацию завтраков стоит подтянуть до уровня других отелей сети Hampton."

"Reasonable price, super convenient location. Came here for a course that was held in the hotel and it was so convenient that I just need to go down to lobby level for the course and return to my room within 5 min to rest. Can’t imagine staying in a different hotel and having to commute in the freezing weather for the already intense course. Getting to and from the airport is literally just across the link bridge and you don’t need to even expose yourself to outdoors at all."

"The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the Old Town and most of the main tourist attractions. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very pleasant throughout my stay. The room was beautifully designed, with decor that reflects the period in which the hotel was founded, adding a lot of character and charm. Breakfast was excellent and exceeded my expectations, with a great selection and quality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Kraków."

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel overall. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a billiards area, a gym, and a playroom for children, which made the stay enjoyable for both adults and kids. We also really appreciated the availability of drinking water stations on every floor. In the lobby, there was also regular water and detox water available, which was a very nice touch. The restaurant offers a good variety of food options. However, there was one issue with our breakfast order: we ordered a vegetable omelet, but it was served with ham mixed in with the vegetables. Since we specifically ordered a vegetable omelet, we believe the ham should not have been included unless requested or clearly mentioned on the menu. The only major downside for us was the cleanliness. Unfortunately, the cleaning service was not up to the standard we expected and could definitely be improved. Overall, the hotel has many wonderful features and great facilities, but improving the cleanliness and paying more attention to special food orders would make the experience even better."

"Extremely close to the train station, making travel convenient and safe. No noise issues at all when sleeping. The room was small but clean. The hotel lobby offers hot water, iced water, and even sparkling water! It's also not far to walk to the old town."

"Grumpy staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant/at breakfast. The room was opposite the elevator, so it was very noisy and loud at night. The room itself was fine but decorated very cool and business-like. The parking garage was difficult to access; it was steep and the barrier pole was halfway up the ramp, causing you to roll back easily. The city center is a 25-minute walk away, and there's a tram stop nearby. There were pile-driving activities right next to the hotel and a lot of construction work around it. It's also right behind the football stadium, so expect a lot of noise from there during the season. Wouldn't recommend it; I'd choose the Radisson SAS in the city center instead."

"The hotel is very well located, just 7 minutes from Kazimierz the Jewish neighborhood, where there is a lot of move, restaurants, super-chullos bars. The hotel is well, the shower is well pressure , would improve the quality of the bed as sitting on the edge was swallowed a little. The breakfast selection is also acceptable. I recommend this hotel for a escape to Cracovia"

"We had a fantastic 4-night stay at RED with two rooms for our family of four. Very clean and still new (opened about two years ago). There’s a desk with a minibar, chair, nice sofa and also a sitting bench, so plenty of room to sit and relax. Bathroom had all the toiletries like toothbrush, vanity kit, hairdryer, shaving mirror, hair conditioner and bodylotion. Also slippers were provided on request. Airconditioning was perfect and silent. No noise from the street or hallway. Nice 24h gym and 8 to 20 sauna. Just call reception 20 minutes in advance and they will turn the sauna on for you. Great breakfast buffet with a lot of choices and omelettes on request. Excellent service thanks to Alicja, Viktoria, Julia K, Szymon and Zuza! Will definitely come back!"
