Location wise and accesible to malls and restaurants. The staffs are all professional and accommodating. I hope they will improve their room amenities like smart tv, it will’ be very helpful for travelers with toddlers. But still would love to come back. Thank you, Red Planet Hotel!

We enjoy our overnight stay at LUXE Hotel with my family. The hotel is located within the area of Lim Ket Kai Center where restaurants, mall and other commercial establishments. LUXE Hotel, s swimming pool is nice, it is infinity lukewarm water pool. The foods are sumptous and the restaurant is cozy. It also give discount to government employees. With a very heartwarming experience staying at LUXE Hotel, wishing for another staycation experience and becomes a part of my personal experience and a part of my memory lane to reckon about, together with my family and friends. .

The property is undeniably beautiful, and we received a warm and welcoming arrival. Unfortunately, our first night’s room service dinner was not edible, which was disappointing, so we chose not to risk dining in again and ate out for the remainder of our stay. The pool did not appear clean, so we opted not to swim, which was unfortunate, although the grounds themselves were absolutely breathtaking. The room was stunning; however, the hotel was quite noisy, with very loud ambient music, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep each evening. Overall, the hospitality was excellent, and the staff were genuinely lovely. Recommend Nouveau but not highly.

Very comfortable place to stay in downtown cdo. The service is 10/10 . It’s our first time but definitely not our last. It’s gonna be our home every time we visit our family in the Philippines specially in cdo. Highly recommended it’s worth every penny.

The place is clean and the staffs were accommodating when I stayed there. It would be better If they can provide the rooms with window (even if it small) so we can also chill and enjoy the city view =)

You can access the hotel by local taxi, but it takes a little time. Each room is independent, so privacy is guaranteed. The pool attached to the room offers a beautiful night view, and the atmosphere is great, combined with the lava decorations unique to volcanic islands. The toilets and showers can be used normally, and there is hot water. The service of the staff was impeccable, and they were always polite when called. (You could order drinks even outside restaurant hours) A recommended hotel.

It was so amazing, I love the place it was a little cold yet it is indeed a Paraiso overlooking and so relaxing I can surely recommend the place the rooms are wonderful so elegant for the taste and likes of everybody there lot’s of spots where you can take you can take pictures

The front desk is friendly and the surrounding area is convenient for dining.

We had 3 pleasant nights there. It is quiet and you only hear the waves and the wind. The houses are in Bamboo and we slept very well. The staff is very accomodating, very professional and speak a very good english. They really make sure that you enjoy your stay, and in case of issue with some planned activities (For example if the sea become too dangerous), then they offer immediately other activities to compensate. We will definitely come back

Очень понравилось это место! Персонал невероятно дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь в любой ситуации — отдельное спасибо за отзывчивость и тёплое отношение. Завтраки были очень вкусные, а еда в столовой — недорогая и качественная, поэтому почти всегда питались именно там. Также удобно, что всё находится рядом. Из минусов — на всей территории отеля не работал Wi-Fi, поэтому приходилось пользоваться своими сим-картами. В остальном отдых оставил только приятные впечатления)) спасибо
