Good hotel, with a very clean pool. The room was also very clean and well-equipped. The staff were very pleasant. The only downside was the very noisy air conditioner, which blew directly onto the bed. We had to turn it off at night to avoid getting a draft and because the noise made it impossible to sleep.
Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities, and it has everything it should have.
Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean, there will be a cleaner to clean the room, which is very good and the attitude is also very good
Environment: The environment is OK, but the sound insulation is a bit bad. The neighbors were drinking at night, so I didn’t sleep well
Service: The service is very good, very satisfied, nothing to say
I just book for two nights but after 24 hrs, they keep knocking on the door and I asked why, they said check out time, however 23 is my check out time. I always check in on their hotel of course I know my check out time. Tho, it was still my to go hotel but maybe I'll try to explore other hotels for now.
We stayed here last Holy Week 2024 for 2 nights. The location is good and easy to find. The restaurant needs a bit of improvement when it comes to tables and chairs and the ambiance and also the food choices. There were no pastries and cakes and no other coffee choices. They only have brewed which didn’t taste good. The room was nice and huge including the bathroom but it needs brighter lighting. Overall it was a good stay but it’s not really place to be going back to. We just tried it.
We stayed for Christmas eve. They have a lot of activities for the kids. Face painting, cinema, foam party and card making. Free snacks and juice and giveaways too. Their rooms are clean. Good food! Three restaurants inside to choose from. This is our second stay already.
We had a great stay at Monaco Hotel Taytay. The staff were very accommodating and polite, providing great service from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean and well-sanitized, which made our stay comfortable and worry-free.
The amenities were well-maintained, the pool was clean and we had it all to ourselves during our visit, which was a nice bonus. The gym is okay, though it only has minimal equipment (just one treadmill, for example).
Breakfast selection is limited but everything tasted good and was freshly prepared.
Overall, excellent value for money, especially considering the affordable rate we got. Would definitely recommend this for a short and comfortable stay in Taytay.
When you book, you won't be able to contact the property owner. You'll just have to find the caretaker when you arrive. The area is really vast, which makes it a bit creepy. But it's great, especially if you have a pet. The rooms are clean, but I don't know what the issue is, as many offices and restaurants are closed and dusty, adding to the creepiness of the place. Good thing many of us booked on that day, so our worries disappeared. On the second day, we were the only ones left, but our anxiety was gone. The caretakers, Ate and Kuya, were super kind, 5/5.
If you ask if we'd go back there, my answer is YES. It's perfect if you're looking for a quiet place. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool; it was clean and relaxing.
Was a nice place and a breath of fresh air away from the city buzz. Room was very clean and staff were very nice and accommodating. Mejo nakukulangan lang ako sa amenities, sana malagyan nila ng kids playground and/or pickle court, since booming ngayon ang Pickle ball, maganda malagay nila sa amenities nila and for sure dadagsain sila lalo ng tao. Saka sana magopen uli restos nila para di na need lumabas.
But overal, happy with our stay, especially with the price. Will be back for sure!
We enjoyed our stay at Lake Hotel. We had a view of Taal Lake (and Taal Volcano) and enjoyed having coffee with that view. Food is great and service is superb. Waiters were readily available - assisting us to bring our plate back from the buffet table and helping bring up our bags as there were no elevators. Location is great - Conti’s beside the hotel and other restaurants to the left and right. Wish I was able to swim. Great view of Taal from the pool

GGuest Userthey prepared a greeting for my parents’ anniversary. ty! some confusion in the room booked tho, added few hundreds for the deluxe room king bed or 2 twin beds because it looks new but only the premier deluxe is new. enjoyed playing pickleball. playroom enjoyed by kids but only til 7pm. could add TV there also for movie nights. annoying calls prior to checkout should be stopped. great view. overall good stay
AAnonymous UserIt was such a lovely experience. The staffs are very accommodating and we felt valued. The whole place is lovely. We are even contemplating to extend but due to work commitments we are just planning our next stay.

GGuest UserI've been to several hotels in Tagaytay already and I always come back to Casiana. It's great compared to other pricey hotels. The staff are friendly and the buffet is good too. The rooms are spacious (with balcony) and the toilets are modern. Parking is always available. The pool needs a little bit of cleaning. It is big compared to other hotels in the area - 4 feet for adults. The only thing I am constantly having a problem is the wifi in the room. Sometimes it disappears and is not consistent. I wish they would fix it since it has been a problem for way back in 2023 when I started to go to this hotel.
I attached the photo of the custom eggs they made for us while eating our buffet. It was a nice touch.
GGuest User1N2D Stay for Couple - July 2025
Loved everything and will absolutely book again. Our room was upgraded for free and had an outdoor tub. The room was huge and had a lot of sitting areas. Bed was king size and comfortable and clean. Smart TV can connect to YouTube but you need to sign in to your own Netflix account. Bathroom was huge. I think the room needs more hangers, complementary shampoo, reusable room slippers, scented candle/diffuser and it would be just perfect. Wifi was also fast. Breakfast buffet at pesce was cleansing and delicious for us. Loved walking around the farm, swimming at the pools, and the other services plus, the staff of the farm are very friendly and helpful. Had dinner at the Upperdeck and food was also good and yummy and it felt romantic because a guitarist and a singer serandes us.
GGuest UserWe had a great stay at Canyon Cove Hotel & Spa. The place is clean, relaxing, and perfect for a quick getaway with family and friends. What I liked most is that it’s already a one stop hotel since everything you need is inside. They have a restaurant for meals, stalls for snacks and meryenda, and even a bar where you can chill and unwind at night.
Most importantly for us during our stay, the hotel is wheelchair friendly, which made everything more comfortable and convenient for our family. That really made a huge difference and added to our overall positive experience. Definitely a nice place to stay if you want to relax and enjoy without needing to go outside the resort often.
DDonato JrWe always had a great time staying at this hotel, but the location is far from downtown. I hope next year they will fix the hot water in the shower and provide mosquito repellent in the room. I also hope the construction by the pool will be completed next year, and that there are no windows in the new building they are constructing, as it would be intrusive if someone could watch you swimming in a swimsuit. Overall, it was a good stay. The staff at Queen Margarete are nice.
RRyan VezarioFirst time to visit a resort and beach in Batangas, and I must say that Altamare exceeded my expectations. I love the activities you can do, though it is limited, but still worth it. The vibe of being so peaceful and calm, since it is away from the noise, is the best thing of this resort. The services and foods are very good. You just need to be prepared of the stairs, it is very challenging! Overall it was really really good experience.
GGuest UserThey upgraded my room at no cost due to room availability which is lucky for me.
The room was spacious and well airconditioned though we had to turn it off since the weather was cold already.
As expected they welcomed my 7 dogs and we had a comfortable stay. Hope to go back again soon
