The room was very good, with five-star facilities in such a small city, but the faucets in the shower and sink were not very convenient, like testing our IQ, we couldn't use them after studying for a long time... The view was really great, it would be great to enjoy the sea, sunset, and mountains in the room without going out. The only problem is that you need to climb up and down the stairs, but it's okay once a day.

I had really nice stay in this hotel. I was travelling on my own and felt so safe. The location was definitley superb as it was close to everything - caldera, shops, restaurants, cafe, restaurant, reantals, bank and bus station. I did not actually expect much for the price but it exceeded my expectation. I would stay here again the next time I visit Santorini.

Hotel location is not very easy to find, you can contact the landlord to pick up the station dock in advance, stay free for more than three days, charge for three days or less. The breakfast is very good and will be delivered to the room every morning. There are microwave ovens, induction cookers and simple cutlery, which should be cleaned later. It is best to rent a car and talk to the landlord. The car rental company will send it to the hotel, and will not add other fees, just the daily rent. 10 euros of gasoline is enough to run for two days. Returning the car can be done at the airport or at the pier.

Wonderful stay!
Angeliki welcomed us upon our arrival, super helpful and always available at any time of the day.
The cleaning lady was also fantastic, never intrusive.
Excellent breakfast, plentiful and with different options every day.
The room was really spacious, with an outdoor heated hot tub.
We will definitely come back, highly recommended.

The room and terrace space are large and the scenery is good. Although the scenery on the left hand side will be blocked than a public place, it is easier to see strangers, but the overall feeling is very good. The jacuzzi is very good, you can cover it when you don't use it, it can be warmer and cleaner.

Location was perfect if you don't mind not having ”THE BEST” view. It's a quick walk to the main streets of Fira, though uphill (a good workout to be honest), and less than a 10 min drive to and from the Santorini airport. Facilities were great, we were very comfortable. We had a balcony which was nice so we could enjoy the ocean breeze. Also, since it wasn't in the heart of the Fira streets, it was quiet so we could rest well. Recommend this place! This isn't like a resort though, it's more of a lovely place to stay if you'll be out most of the days in your stay.

Great
GGuest UserLovely hotel that is very central in Fira. We stayed on the hotel side of Antonia and loved the decor of the room. We appreciated that they had shutters outside to help keep the noise and light of the room. The room was nicely appointed with many lights and we enjoyed the decor. The bed and pillows were very comfy and we appreciated that there was a coffee/tea station and a mini fridge in the room. The room was large enough for the two of us and there was a nice small balcony outside with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed only had one sheet on it but there was a comforter and the temperature was easy to control. There was slippers available in the room which were good for the cold washroom floor. The hotel rooms have smart TVs that are easy to connect to for Disney+ or Netflix but you have to install an application if you'd like to screencast.
The hotel has some nice common areas to hang out including two pool areas and a space by reception. The pools were closed when we came in March but it was also a little cool so we did not mind. They should be cleaned and ready to go by the summer. We really enjoyed the space by reception where there are lots of seats and benches to sit and hang out with other guests, or in our case the rest of our family. Anytime you are in the common area the staff will offer to make you a coffee or tea which was very nice of them.
The staff are sincere and welcoming. Once we checked in they asked if we had some time or if we would want to go directly to our rooms. We said we would have time and they brought out a map of Santorini and marked down the places we could check out during our stay. The hotel also offers a good tour of the island for 40 Euros per person which includes 7 stops including Oia, red sand beach, a black sand beach and the monestary. We had 5 people in our group and did our own tour using a car rental company nearby but would consider the hotel's tour if we were just a couple. The hotel staff were helpful and responsive even before we came - they assisted us with a booking error I had made and we resolved it quickly over the phone and a short email.
Transport to/from the hotel from the airport is easy because there is a bus station nearby and it costs 2 euros per person and the bus station is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The bus wasn't running too frequently during our stay on Santorini and if that is the case during your stay you can book the hotel's shuttle service - they have a large comfy van and charge 7 Euros per person. The alternative is a taxi and you are at the will of the driver for the ~10 minute drive and could be charged 40-50 from what we hear.
The hotel does not offer breakfast or room service but there are many good restaurants nearby. The hotel recommended a few that were within a five minute walk of the hotel and the one we tried was lovely. There is a grocery store about 100 m from the hotel that has pretty much everything and there's a bakery near the Fira Main Square. Souvenirs can also be bought at the Fira Main Square and they probably have the best prices we saw in Santorini for souvenirs!
Overall, it was a great stay and because we stayed in March we got an awesome price. The room we had was nice, quiet and comfy during our stay.
PPALACE21035The price is good, the location is OK, I am very satisfied with the room, the breakfast is OK, but the hot spring bath is broken and there is no hot water, so we delayed the check-out... But I booked it just for the hot spring bath, it did not meet my expectations
GGuest UserThe service was great. They gave me a bottle of red wine and upgraded the room for free. The room was very clean and the breakfast should be good. Because we needed to leave at 6 o'clock to catch the ferry to Santorini, the hotel also thoughtfully prepared breakfast. It's really a great hotel with a good location. It's also close to the Acropolis on foot. It's probably a 10-minute walk from the subway.
JJezza for lifeI recently had the pleasure of staying at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service at this hotel was top-notch; the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and attentive. Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel welcome.
The facilities at the hotel were excellent as well. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design. The common areas of the hotel were also lovely and had a charming ambiance.
Now, let's talk about the food – it was a highlight of my stay. The breakfast offered at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was simply exceptional. The variety of options and the quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations. Each morning, I eagerly looked forward to starting my day with the delicious spread they provided. It was evident that they put a lot of effort into creating a delightful breakfast experience for their guests.
In summary, my experience at 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was fantastic. The service was impeccable, the facilities were impressive, and the food was a real treat. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in the area. It's a true gem, and I can't wait to return for another visit.

HhayleyStayed in the La Luna suite, balcony view was spectacular! 1st row view of the sunset in your own private space, as well as enjoyment of breakfast in the morning sun(Do order their pie of the day!). Service provided was excellent as well, they do assist with carrying the luggage to and from the room through the flight of stairs, and also from the main street where you alight from transport arranged via the hotel.
Although the suite was situated beside a bar, the room was entirely soundproof which was a pleasant surprise. All in all, will highly recommend staying in asteras villa.
AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at this hotel and while the facilities were nice and very clean, I unfortunately had a terrible experience with the customer service. One of the female staff members was extremely ******, had a very bad attitude, and was quite stubborn. She insisted that we should pay for every time we wanted water in our room. However, another receptionist later clarified that this was not the case. It's disappointing that such behavior can overshadow.
As a black couple, we felt unwelcome from the moment we arrived. The receptionist claimed they didn't receive our payment, even though I had paid online a month in advance. Despite contacting trip.com and confirming that the hotel had received the payment, the receptionist was unhelpful and gave us weird facial expressions. She was white with black hair, and her behavior was disgusting. We constantly faced issues whenever we returned to the hotel, making our stay very uncomfortable. Although the hotel is nice, I do not recommend staying here due to the poor treatment people from an African decent receive.
HHugo&RosaThe best room in the Fira area is here. I stayed in three room types, each with different advantages. The service staff are enthusiastic and professional, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. With the view of the Aegean Sea, I feel like I am in heaven.
AAnonymous UserThe location is very convinient and the personel were friendly, but the management was too strict. We got 4 bed room with our trip.com reservation for a family four, but they wanted to charge extra 30 euros, claiming that our 16 year old dauther cannot be considered as child, even though I showed them a confirmed reservation form trip.com for a 3 adult and 1 child (in trip.com page under 18 year old kids are considered as child). They said they would give a discount of 3 Euros out of 30 Euros, showing a sympathy! We accepted to pay 27 Euros not to waste our short vacation time. But, then, they charged 3 more Euros at the check out time, saying that is for the tax and they forgot about it! The two beds for our son and dauther were sofas, not comfortable. The airconditioners were not cooling enough. The room quality is not for a 4-star hotel, barely 3-star hotel.
