"We stayed in an igloo. Although it was cloudy and we couldn't see the aurora, we felt very peaceful and relaxed when we lay in bed and looked up at the sky and the surrounding environment. The receptionist was very friendly and proactive in helping us. When we took photos by the stove, she took the initiative to light the firewood, which added to the atmosphere."

"The igloo is very new and nicely decorated! It's just a 10 mins walk to Santa claus village. Breakfast and dinner are great! Front desk staff is friendly and they explain everything in a professional and friendly manner. This hotel is also the pick up point for our icebreaker cruise which is really convenient for us. They also allow us to store our luggages for the whole day while we went for our day tour."

"Our stay in the glass igloo was amazing! The accommodation was very clean, and it included all the necessary amenities. It even came with a kitchenette. We were fortunate to see the aurora borealis just outside our igloo on the night we arrived, and watching the sunrise from the igloo was simply magical. The meals at the resort were fantastic. "Right below the ski resort, the town is very small, so it's very convenient to get around. Everyone is very friendly. The room is bigger than expected, and it has its own sauna and living room, which is very nice! It's a pity that I only stayed for one night"

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right inside Santa Claus Village. Parking is super convenient too; you can just park right outside your cabin, as each room has its own parking space. But the absolute best part about this hotel, with its prime location, is that every single room comes with a private sauna! The breakfast was also excellent and very plentiful. Overall, I highly recommend it. If you're coming to Santa Claus Village, even if it's not the Christmas season, it's definitely worth staying a night."

"It was an experience out of the world during our stay here. We arrived early wanting to drop our bags but they allowed us to check in early anyway as our room was ready. The cabin itself was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. The bathroom floor was heated which was nice. We got to even see the northern lights from our bed even though it only lasted for less than a minute. One thing to note is cabins are located quite near to one another and with the glass panels, you don't get total privacy. Make sure to request for a cabin off the stretch of main road to have more privacy. We had breakfast and dinner here. Options were quite limited but understandable given the location. All dishes were labelled clearly, and we had no issues as vegetarians. We even saw some neighbourhood squirrels enjoying their breakfast. The place is very modern and managed commercially as a business, with everything extra requiring extra charges (you may even pay for staff to pick up your bags from your cabin to the main reception, which is a 2-5 min walk affair). Despite this, we think it's still worth trying out for a night to have something that's different."

"It was truly an unparalleled stay experience. The cabin was fully equipped and incredibly cozy and comfortable. And we even witnessed the Northern Lights! This was an absolute delight!! When we left in the morning, the weather was freezing, below -30 degrees Celsius, and our car wouldn't start. The hotel provided us with the necessary assistance. We were truly grateful for their thoughtfulness!! Finally, the breakfast was authentically Finnish, with a huge variety of delicious options. It was an indescribable stay experience. Highly recommended!!!"
