This trip, I stayed at the Baiyun Hotel with my child while visiting Huangshan. We took a shuttle bus from the South Gate into the scenic area, then transferred to the Yungu Cableway. After getting off the cableway, we enjoyed the scenery along the way and hiked for about an hour and a half to Bright Summit. Baiyun Hotel is just a short descent from Bright Summit. I honestly didn't have high expectations for the accommodation, knowing how difficult it is to transport supplies up the mountain, figuring it was just a place to sleep. However, Baiyun Hotel pleasantly surprised me! First, the check-in process at the front desk was quick, and they even assigned a dedicated service butler to lead us to our room. The butler helped confirm our dinner reservation, explained the room facilities, turned on the heating, and reminded us that the rack above could be used to dry clothes. Although the room wasn't large, it had many thoughtful and meticulous touches. In addition to the standard amenities in the bathroom, there was a foot-soaking tub (with three disposable liners), and the butler brought us two herbal foot-soaking packs. Laundry detergent was provided on the wall, and there were two umbrellas. The room also had two clean down jackets available for guests who wanted to go out early. The butler even brought some fruit and local snacks. Throughout our stay, from dinner and breakfast to weather forecasts and check-out, the butler provided attentive and meticulous care. In the evenings, the hotel offered folk performances, and at 5:30 AM, they organized groups in the lobby to take early risers to a sunrise viewing spot. While the hardware might be limited at Baiyun Hotel, situated at the peak of Huangshan, its service awareness and attention to detail could rival many five-star hotels. I highly recommend it to anyone planning to stay on Huangshan mountain.

Convenient transportation, thoughtful service, clean rooms, and the mattress is very Hilton style, which is replaced quarterly. This time it is used from April to June, and it is comfortable to sleep. It is worth mentioning that the small dishes and noodles for breakfast in the hotel are good, and I personally think they are delicious.

Rooms here are really popular! I hesitated because the prices were so high, and then the B-wing rooms were all gone, so I quickly booked a room in the A-wing. Turns out, the A-wing is more expensive for a reason! The breakfast area and even the B-wing itself are completely different the next day! The A-wing is in the same building as the front desk, and the rooms are fantastic. There were even four pairs of slippers inside! Saved me the trouble of having to go to the front desk to ask for slippers for the kids! When I checked in, I asked about adding breakfast, and they actually gave complimentary breakfast to my family, including the kids! Huge thanks to the front desk lady, Xiao Jiang! She even added me on WeChat and sent me the sunrise and sunset times (even though we ended up missing them). Though the room was a bit small, the layout was great, and it even had a window sill! It would be even better if there was a bay window cushion on it~ haha. The room also had two down jackets for guests to wear when going to see the sunrise – that's incredibly thoughtful! Compared to the B-wing where I stayed 7 years ago, I'd say, if you don't mind the extra 200, the A-wing is much better! Oh, and they also gave us a complimentary souvenir! Not sure if that's a special perk just for Chinese New Year.

My first time in Lu'an led me to this amazing hotel – the Hampton by Hilton Lu'an Shanghe Street. It's truly the perfect choice for both business trips and family vacations! The seamless transition from the underground parking to the lobby means you don't even have to worry about getting wet on a rainy day, which immediately won over this detail-oriented person ❤️ The front desk attendant was also super nice and upgraded my room – five stars for that service! 📍 **Location & Transportation** The hotel is right in the heart of the Foziling East Road commercial district. You can walk to convenience stores and restaurants in just 5 minutes, and it's only a 10-minute drive to the high-speed rail station. The best part is that even though it's in a bustling area, the room's soundproofing is excellent, so it's completely quiet. Plus, the city night view from the window is absolutely stunning~ ✨ **Stay Experience** • The room is incredibly spacious! It features smart devices and modern decor, and it even has a super comfy sofa, similar to a La-Z-Boy, that makes you never want to get up. • For breakfast, I highly recommend the freshly made stir-fried noodles and cookies. There's such a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, you'll be spoiled for choice. • The 24-hour free gym and laundry room are a lifesaver for business travelers. • The lobby is also great for photos, perfect for snapping shots both day and night. 📸 **Photo Tips** 1️⃣ The city night view + sofa in front of the floor-to-ceiling window in your room makes for Instagram-worthy shots. 3️⃣ The window seats in the breakfast area have the best lighting, making food photography super appealing. 🛎️ **Things to Do Nearby** • Walk 10 minutes to Shanghe Street, Lu'an's new landmark. • A taxi ride to Youran Lanxi Resort is within 15 RMB. • There's a popular local steamed bun shop, a long-standing favorite, directly across from the hotel. 💡 **Practical Info** • **Booking**: Recommend booking a high-floor city view room at least 3 days in advance. • **Parking**: Free underground parking with plenty of spaces. • **Bonus**: You can get a local food map at the front desk – follow it for guaranteed deliciousness! I never expected Lu'an to have such a fantastic international hotel. From now on, when I come to Western Anhui, this is the only place I'll stay!

At first, I was wondering why a hotel with such an excellent location hadn't been renovated. But then I saw that all the supplies are carried up by porters, and it made me realize how incredibly difficult it must have been to build a hotel on Bright Summit back when there wasn't even a cable car. So even though the facilities are outdated, the service was a huge pleasant surprise! As soon as we arrived, Butler Hu Shan added us on WeChat and kept us updated on the sunset and sunrise times. She even provided us with official high-quality videos of the sunrise and sunset. In the evening, there were stargazing services and night view photography. The best part was that while others had to hike up the mountain at 5:30 AM to catch the sunrise, we could enjoy it from our room at 6:30 AM, without even having to step outside. 👍

Due to ongoing municipal construction near the hotel, Manager Yang Ping, our point of contact, went above and beyond to help us adjust our room to ensure a peaceful stay. She arranged a high-floor, non-smoking room with stunning river views. Once we opened the curtains, the breathtaking scenery of the Yangtze River was right before our eyes – truly magnificent! And, as a hallmark of DoubleTree by Hilton, we were delighted to receive their signature delicious chocolate chip nut cookies from the front desk.

Booked through Ctrip, and they really treat Ctrip guests well. The staff were super friendly, and our room even got upgraded! A special shout-out to Xiao Song at the Grand Hyatt's front desk – her service was incredibly fast. She responded to our requests within literally 10 seconds, which was amazing. Also, even though the Grand Hyatt opened in 2019, the hotel is really well-maintained. It was quite busy during the Chinese New Year, but there were five or six staff members at the entrance helping with luggage and assisting kids getting in and out, which was a really nice touch. The room was huge and spacious, and despite the hotel being a bit older, there were no strange odors. I'll definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt again next time I'm in Hefei.

My experience in Hefei this time was absolutely perfect, thanks entirely to my stay at this InterContinental hotel. InterContinental has always been a brand I really love. From the moment I booked, I had a one-on-one butler who kept in touch and informed me of everything, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel's facilities are all brand new, and the bathtub in the room is especially spacious. Staying in a lake-view room offered beautiful scenery of Swan Lake, with the sunset being particularly spectacular. Additionally, there are shopping malls like Intime Books, Intime Department Store, and MixC nearby, making dining very convenient. Spending two days in Hefei was truly delightful.

We booked a suite with a 270-degree view, with a river on one side and a city view on the other, which was great. Sunny in the lobby was very friendly when we checked in. She took the initiative to introduce us to the surrounding delicacies, wrote them down in detail on a small piece of paper, and sent us some fruit. The breakfast on the second day was also very rich. I especially want to say that because my second sister Hongdou had red bean paste in Wuhu the day before, I saw it in the hotel this morning, so I was very excited. However, I felt that there were not enough red beans, so I asked the waiter Mavis if I could add some red beans. I thought it was impossible, but the enthusiastic Mavis immediately went to the kitchen to look for it, and found that there were only cold red beans, so she immediately helped us steam them, so that we could enjoy a very satisfying breakfast.
