I stayed at the Bai Yun Hotel for one night during my photography trip to Huangshan. While the mountain can be very crowded and overwhelming, this hotel provided the perfect base to experience the true magic of the peaks. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Xiaomin. As a solo traveler and hobby photographer, I was looking for quiet spots away from the masses. Xiaomin was incredibly professional and shared her expert knowledge of the mountain with me. Her recommendation to skip the crowded 'Bright Summit' for sunrise and head to Aoyu Peak instead was a game-changer. Thanks to her, I enjoyed a breathtaking sunrise in total silence and solitude – a rare and deeply moving experience on this mountain. The hotel itself is perfectly located for photographers, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. If you are looking for more than just a place to sleep, but a way to truly connect with the beauty of Huangshan, I highly recommend staying here. Convenient transportation, thoughtful service, clean rooms, and the mattress is very Hilton style, which is replaced quarterly. This time it is used from April to June, and it is comfortable to sleep. It is worth mentioning that the small dishes and noodles for breakfast in the hotel are good, and I personally think they are delicious.

My stay at Xihai Hotel during my Huangshan trip far exceeded my expectations! Located at an altitude of 1600 meters in the core scenic area, I just had to open my window to see unique pines, strange rocks, and a surging sea of clouds. The service was amazing: the butler was attentive throughout, proactively sending weather updates and sunrise times, and even planning my routes. They even provided down jackets for climbing free of charge – the attention to detail was exceptional. The restaurant buffet offered a wide variety, and the Huizhou cuisine was authentic; to find this quality high up in the mountains was a delightful surprise. The location is incredibly convenient, close to the Grand Canyon, Paiyun Pavilion, Danxia Peak, and 'Monkey Gazing at the Sea' – no long commutes needed to catch the sunrise and sunset. To stay this comfortably at the summit of Huangshan is incredibly good value! I'll definitely stay here again next time, highly recommended!

The facilities are complete, odorless, and relatively clean. The mini-bar drinks in the room are complimentary. Upon check-in, they provided slippers and a kaleidoscope for the child, as well as a welcome fruit platter. When checking out, we received a bag of souvenirs. The restaurant on the first floor offers a wide variety of dishes, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are incredibly friendly. Thumbs up! 👍 My child had a great time! 🥳 Food delivery is brought up to the room by a robot, which is a nice touch. It would be even better if the scent in the hallway was a bit milder.

A big thank you to Fang Chunmei for making my Huangshan trip feel like home. Staying at the hotel on the mountain, the luckiest thing was meeting Fang Chunmei. From patiently guiding us on the routes before we ascended and marking the sunrise direction, to helping us plan our itinerary and sharing recent weather updates, she meticulously helped with every detail. Since the hotel's buffet has fixed timings, and no food is available after those times, she very patiently reminded us about the meal times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so we wouldn't miss out. What truly touched me was when the children in the next room were so noisy that we couldn't sleep; she proactively stepped in to help mediate, allowing us to finally get a full night's rest. She said, ”When you're hiking, getting good rest is the most important thing.” This genuine altruism is rare and truly commendable (give her a raise! She deserves it!!). On the day we went up the mountain, it was windy and rainy outside. Our clothes were soaked and it was super cold. Upon entering, we were greeted with ginger tea she had prepared. After getting to our room, she told us where we could dry our clothes, which was incredibly comforting in the snowy and windy weather. Thanks to her thoughtfulness, this Huangshan trip not only offered beautiful scenery but also a heartwarming human touch. Highly recommended! P.S. Facilities: Well-maintained. Cleanliness: The cleaning staff (Dajie) cleaned promptly and thoroughly every day, even asking about preferences and providing two extra bottles of water, which was a nice touch. Environment: There's road construction nearby, but the underpass is open, so driving is still quite convenient. Service: I especially want to commend Miss Lyra! She recommended so many great restaurants and photo spots – super thoughtful!

While it may lack the luxurious amenities of a five-star hotel as a budget hotel, it has everything you need, and it's very practical: the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep; the air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi all worked well, and the internet speed was fast enough for daily work and entertainment. What's most satisfying is the value for money! For this price, the cleanliness, comfort, and basic service are truly excellent value. For travelers like me who frequently travel for business or leisure, seeking affordability without compromising on accommodations, [Hotel Name] is definitely an ideal choice.

Negative: - staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation - response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow - you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there - in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor - waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water. - hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step Positive: - got a WeChat contact who spoke English and was very helpful and asked if I want to change the room with the smoke smell - breakfast is great - elevators are arriving fast - view is great Have not tried the pool or gym.

Highly recommend the InterContinental Hefei! 👍 It's centrally located by Swan Lake, close to Anhui Museum, Hechai 1972, and Leijie, making getting around super convenient 🚗. The room was spacious and comfortable 🛏️, equipped with an air purifier, and the bathroom was clean with no strange odors 🚿. Our dedicated butler was fantastic, providing attentive and thoughtful service 💁. They proactively offered us a quiet, non-smoking floor and even helped us order food and deliver it to our room 🍜. The kids were tired from sightseeing and were able to enjoy a meal as soon as we got back. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious 🍳; even though there were many people, everything was well-organized, and they even had some special Hefei snacks. Overall, a perfect experience! Kudos to all the staff. Staying here with kids in Hefei was incredibly stress-free. We received a lovely welcome gift upon check-in and a fridge magnet when we left, which made us very happy. Highly, highly recommend! ✨

To be honest, I have stayed in so many hotels. I have stayed in all the major hotels in Wuhu. It was my first time staying at Hualuxe. The overall feeling was really good. From the check-in at the front desk to the environment that came into view when entering the room. The takeaways were delivered during the stay and the front desk girl took the takeaways for me to the express cabinet when I left the hotel. It was really a good feeling. They were not cold but treated guests with care. I also really felt the care and warmth of the management of this hotel. I will choose it as my first choice next time I come back. Thank you❤️
