"The service at Baiyun Hotel far exceeded my expectations. Before heading to Huangshan, I mentally prepared myself for the limited resources on the mountain, expecting just a clean and hygienic place for one night. However, the hotel provided a dedicated butler for each room. The welcoming ginger tea brought warmth to our bodies and minds after the rain, and the welcome fruit and snacks replenished our energy after a day of hiking. We really enjoyed the dinner buffet, which featured local Huangshan specialties. Thanks to the butler's timely WeChat notification, we were pleasantly surprised to witness a spectacular sunset on a rainy day! You can see it right from the platform just outside the hotel entrance! Before checking out the next day, the butler even prepared coffee and bottled water for us in advance – so thoughtful! My stay at Baiyun Hotel this time was absolutely wonderful!"

"My top choice for trips from Hefei South Station! The self check-in with facial recognition means no queues and it's super easy to use, which is a lifesaver when you're rushing for a high-speed train – no time wasted. The room is fully smart, equipped with Xiao Ai (a smart assistant), so I could control the lights, curtains, and air conditioning just by calling out from bed. It's incredibly convenient and frees up your hands. The amenities are comprehensive, with all sorts of extra supplies available, showing great attention to detail. The hotel even thoughtfully prepared fresh welcome fruits, which was a lovely touch as soon as I entered the room. The cleanliness was impeccable, the bedding soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm transiting through Hefei!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to descend into the West Sea Grand Canyon and ascend Bright Summit. It's a truly central spot. Facilities: I feel this is the best-equipped hotel on the mountain, with an elevator and air conditioning. The rooms are also very new and even have a drying rack for clothes. Cleanliness: Very good. Environment: The surrounding environment is fantastic. Personally, I think it's better than Paiyun Hotel and Shilin Hotel, on par with Bright Summit and Yupinglou. The interior design is also very tasteful. Service: Excellent! There's a butler service, and the front desk proactively upgraded our room type. They also offer guided sunrise and sunset viewings in the mornings and evenings!"

"The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the pedestrian street. Li Hongzhang's Former Residence is just downstairs. The room facilities are also excellent, and the smart toilet is a definite plus. The breakfast is very rich and varied. "Hands down, this is the best five-star hotel in Hefei! Especially the food quality, it's top-notch! 1. **Service**: They contacted me via WeChat a day in advance to confirm my needs. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly arranged, and my room was upgraded. I also received welcome fruits and drinks. From the moment I stepped out of the car to the lobby and then to the front desk, multiple staff members proactively offered to help with my luggage. Every staff member I encountered, from the entrance to my room, greeted me with a smile. When checking out, the doorman actively assisted with my luggage. 2. **Facilities**: The room facilities were all standard and complete, including an air purifier. The AC had low noise, and hot water was instant (within 3 seconds). I didn't find any damaged facilities or noticeable hygiene issues. The toiletries were InterContinental's standard, and they were decent. The toilet paper and tissue paper were comfortable to use. The toothbrush quality was acceptable, but the brush head was small and a bit hard on the gums; I suggest the hotel consider changing them. 3. **Dining (see pictures)**: The variety and taste of the food at the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel – truly excellent value for money! The breakfast quality was also remarkably high, rarely seen even in standard five-star hotels; it was simply stunning. 4. **Location**: It's in the government district, with all amenities nearby and convenient transportation. It's also right next to Swan Lake, offering excellent views. I rarely bother to write reviews, but this time, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and had to give it a thumbs-up! I hope to visit again."

"Honestly, for a hotel on a mountaintop, there's absolutely nothing to complain about! Northern Sea Hotel has been recently renovated, so all the facilities are brand new, and the service is top-notch. There's no dampness in the room at all, the provided down jackets are very thick, there's underfloor heating throughout, and the bedding is super comfortable. The room isn't huge, but the layout is incredibly clever, and I love the design style. Both breakfast and dinner are buffet style. While not cheap, the variety of dishes for both meals is quite extensive. The taste is just average, but considering we're on a mountaintop, everything is forgivable. For watching the sunset and sunrise, there's a butler who leads guests. They send daily updates via WeChat about the sunrise and sunset times and meeting points, which is very convenient. The closest spot for sunrise from here is 'Monkey Watching the Sea,' and honestly, trudging there at 4 AM was a bit tiring 😝😝😝. The only minor thing was when I asked the front desk for three bottles of water on my second day, they said they could only provide two for free and the third would be charged. I thought about it and understood, as getting supplies up the mountain isn't easy. All in all, the experience was fantastic, and if I ever come back, I'd definitely choose this place again! 🥰🥰🥰"

"Very nice hotel in Wuhu. I stayed for one night. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the city. The open floor plan is interesting and enjoyed the heated floors in the bathroom area. The bed was comfortable and large enough for me (6’5”). Breakfast had a large variety to select from, and enjoyed the Chinese dishes the most. The hotel is located right next to the river, and I enjoyed walking on the boardwalk. Great place to stay."

"This time I stayed in the Liuquan room type, the room was large and the facilities were particularly new. The partition is reasonable, with a separate living room, daily activities are not afraid of soiling the bed, the bathtub is the kind of round and comfortable, the courtyard outside the room is also very large, it is L-shaped, with a large area of lawn, dogs can run happily without going out. The hotel butler is also accompanied by the whole pick-up and drop-off from check-in to check-out. He is responsive. He ate a dinner at the hotel and booked with the butler online in advance. The taste is good and the weight is OK. The overall is very good. Some comments: 1. When ordering, you should communicate with the taboo. I didn't expect that two of the three dishes will bring mushrooms. 2. You need a small ice bar in the room. 3. The bathroom and shower area need hand cream or body lotion.
