After a long day hiking Huangshan, checking into Huangshan Baiyun Hotel was an absolute pleasure and far exceeded my expectations for a mountain-top accommodation. Despite arriving after sunset when many guests were checking in, the staff managed the process swiftly and efficiently. A standout moment was the personalized concierge service: (Ms Xiao Ye) a kind staff member personally escorted me to my room, explained the facilities, and offered to connect on WeChat. This simple exchange led to receiving a wealth of valuable, timely information about the hotel's daily activities and guest services. The hotel goes above and beyond with delightful extra touches, including a complimentary fruit plate, two souvenir Huangshan teas, and even DIY herbal foot soak kits—a perfect remedy after a mountain trek. The daily 15-minute staff show at 6:58 PM was a charming, cute addition to the evening atmosphere. While the hotel structure may not be brand new, the outstanding level of service makes this stay highly recommended. It is a genuine oasis of warmth and hospitality almost on the mountain summit.

Xihai Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! I'd always thought hotels on Huangshan were expensive with limited amenities, but I managed to snag a presale deal: one night on the mountain and one off for just over 800 yuan. So, my best friend and I decided to go see the sunrise. Xihai's location is excellent, right at the intersection of Danxia Peak, West Sea Grand Canyon, and Bright Summit, making it convenient to get anywhere. The hotel on the mountain provides complimentary down jackets and flashlights, which is a huge bonus for hiking and watching the sunrise – you can pack one less bulky item. On our first day, it was cloudy, and the hotel concierge said there was a 55% chance of seeing the sunset. We actually got lucky and witnessed a stunning sunset from Danxia Peak! The next day was perfectly clear, and in the morning, the hotel organized a sunrise viewing for guests. We saw the sunrise from Mushroom Pavilion – truly amazing luck! A special shout-out to the hotel's breakfast as well. To enjoy such a rich and delicious breakfast on the mountain is a rare treat.

The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful; the location is superior and the transportation is convenient! I stay in this hotel every time I come! The hotel is relatively clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable! The breakfast is also rich! Not bad👍

Came to Hefei for Zhou Shen's concert, but couldn't get tickets, and all the hotels near the Sports Center were fully booked. So I chose InterContinental; I've always had a soft spot for them because I'm a member. As expected, the lobby was very grand upon entering. My room was upgraded to a deluxe floor, which included a BLUEAIR air purifier. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, a very comfortable design. The hotel provided welcome fruit and Bai Xiang water daily, which was a nice touch! The hotel is very close to Intime in77, and Swan Lake is right across the street. I even walked to the concert from here, so the location is great. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hefei.

My husband stayed at Beihai Hotel 20 years ago, and it's certainly not what it used to be. For a hotel with these kinds of amenities at the top of the mountain, I'm extremely satisfied. We asked the butler for extra children's winter coats, and it's not too far to go to Baimashan Villa to watch the sunset. The buffet dinner was also very plentiful. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we come to Huangshan.

The view from the room was fantastic, being right by the river and offering a great panorama of the Yangtze River. The staff were extremely attentive; we received complimentary cookies upon check-in, and in the evening, a large platter of welcome fruit was delivered to our room, which was so generous we couldn't finish it all. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted below 26 degrees Celsius, which was a bit uncomfortable for someone sensitive to heat.

Super spacious room. Very clean. Within walking distance from high speed rail station. About 1.5km. Bathtub for a romantic tyrst. A cute AI assistant to open/close curtains, lights and air conditioning. Can even call front desk via AI assistant. Only one small drawback. Breakfast a bit too Chinese style.

It is recommended that the hotel send the staff in charge of breakfast to visit Mobert opposite you to learn what their breakfast is like. Its price is only half of yours. How much meat, cakes and snacks are there for breakfast. Your breakfast is really shameful! It may not even catch up with the breakfast of the All Seasons.
