Our stay was fantastic! The hotel is super close to Bright Summit, and the facilities are excellent. The heating was especially powerful, which was a lifesaver because it's still freezing on the mountain in March. The hotel felt so warm and cozy. We couldn't book a continuous family room because of the International Women's Day rush, so we had to switch rooms. I accidentally left some clothes behind, but the front desk staff were incredibly quick and helpful in retrieving them when I realized at checkout. While waiting, my child was reciting a poem about Huangshan's unique rocks and started chatting with a ********* guest, who then gave them some chocolates. I accepted them happily, not wanting to be rude, but later felt a bit bad because we were heading down the mountain, and they might have needed the energy for their extended stay. On the way down, we met some porters, shared the chocolates with them, and felt really happy passing on the good vibes. We even got to see the sea of clouds and the sunrise! It was a truly wonderful trip.

Convenient transportation, thoughtful service, clean rooms, and the mattress is very Hilton style, which is replaced quarterly. This time it is used from April to June, and it is comfortable to sleep. It is worth mentioning that the small dishes and noodles for breakfast in the hotel are good, and I personally think they are delicious.

Firstly, the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. On the first day, we ascended from the front mountain, explored Bright Summit, and then checked into the hotel to rest, allowing us to easily catch the sunset nearby. On the second day, after visiting Monkey Watching the Sea and Beginning-to-Believe Peak, we descended from the back mountain. This not only aligned with our scientific plan of a strenuous first day and a more relaxed second but also allowed us to completely avoid large crowds, with no queues for the cable car, shuttle bus, or hiking routes. Secondly, the hotel experience was excellent. From the delicious and varied dishes at the buffet to the cleanliness of the rooms, and the friendly and helpful staff we encountered, everything was incredibly satisfying. Considering the immense effort of the porters we saw along the way, who make such an experience possible through manual labor, it felt particularly valuable. Definitely worth revisiting.

My first time in Lu'an led me to this amazing hotel – the Hampton by Hilton Lu'an Shanghe Street. It's truly the perfect choice for both business trips and family vacations! The seamless transition from the underground parking to the lobby means you don't even have to worry about getting wet on a rainy day, which immediately won over this detail-oriented person ❤️ The front desk attendant was also super nice and upgraded my room – five stars for that service! 📍 **Location & Transportation** The hotel is right in the heart of the Foziling East Road commercial district. You can walk to convenience stores and restaurants in just 5 minutes, and it's only a 10-minute drive to the high-speed rail station. The best part is that even though it's in a bustling area, the room's soundproofing is excellent, so it's completely quiet. Plus, the city night view from the window is absolutely stunning~ ✨ **Stay Experience** • The room is incredibly spacious! It features smart devices and modern decor, and it even has a super comfy sofa, similar to a La-Z-Boy, that makes you never want to get up. • For breakfast, I highly recommend the freshly made stir-fried noodles and cookies. There's such a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, you'll be spoiled for choice. • The 24-hour free gym and laundry room are a lifesaver for business travelers. • The lobby is also great for photos, perfect for snapping shots both day and night. 📸 **Photo Tips** 1️⃣ The city night view + sofa in front of the floor-to-ceiling window in your room makes for Instagram-worthy shots. 3️⃣ The window seats in the breakfast area have the best lighting, making food photography super appealing. 🛎️ **Things to Do Nearby** • Walk 10 minutes to Shanghe Street, Lu'an's new landmark. • A taxi ride to Youran Lanxi Resort is within 15 RMB. • There's a popular local steamed bun shop, a long-standing favorite, directly across from the hotel. 💡 **Practical Info** • **Booking**: Recommend booking a high-floor city view room at least 3 days in advance. • **Parking**: Free underground parking with plenty of spaces. • **Bonus**: You can get a local food map at the front desk – follow it for guaranteed deliciousness! I never expected Lu'an to have such a fantastic international hotel. From now on, when I come to Western Anhui, this is the only place I'll stay!

Facilities: Better than I expected. I could ask 'Xiao Ai' (a smart assistant) to turn on the lights, but the TV didn't seem to work, which wasn't a big deal. Cleanliness: It was quite clean. I thought the conditions on the mountain might mean poor hygiene, but it was actually good. Environment: Unfortunately, there was no sunset that day, and no sunrise the next day. It was windy and rainy. Since we had come all this way, we decided to go up to the exclusive platform to take a look. There were a lot of weather instruments there. It's a shame; a sunrise would have been beautiful. Service: As soon as we entered the hotel, the staff offered us ginger tea, which was very heartwarming. There were also some small fruits in the room. The service was very thoughtful. The room was more than spacious enough for our family of four. Suggestion: It seemed only one massage chair in the lobby was working. We had to take turns waiting for it.

Huge thanks to Li Danni at the front desk for the warm welcome and for the complimentary upgrade to a suite with an unbeatable river view. The hotel is an older, well-established property, but it's very well-maintained, so there's no need to worry about cleanliness. It's within walking distance of Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and Wuhu Ancient City, where you can enjoy the 'Guangde Three Treasures' without the queues. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and the staff are all very enthusiastic and attentive.

Booked through Ctrip, and they really treat Ctrip guests well. The staff were super friendly, and our room even got upgraded! A special shout-out to Xiao Song at the Grand Hyatt's front desk – her service was incredibly fast. She responded to our requests within literally 10 seconds, which was amazing. Also, even though the Grand Hyatt opened in 2019, the hotel is really well-maintained. It was quite busy during the Chinese New Year, but there were five or six staff members at the entrance helping with luggage and assisting kids getting in and out, which was a really nice touch. The room was huge and spacious, and despite the hotel being a bit older, there were no strange odors. I'll definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt again next time I'm in Hefei.

A responsible and considerate butler meticulously asked if we needed more drinking water in the room, arranged our check-out time, and introduced us to all the services available at the hotel. An older gentleman, impeccably dressed in a trench coat, courteously opened the car door for us right at the hotel entrance. An unexpected room upgrade led to a delightful encounter with the ever-changing Swan Lake. During breakfast, there was no chaotic crowd; just a wide array of cuisines from around the world, enjoyed by a pleasant window, providing a long-lost sense of relaxation. The perfect room was the biggest surprise this hotel offered. Its thoughtful setup and meticulous maintenance made me feel cared for and at ease, allowing me to enjoy two comfortable bath times and two nights of peaceful sleep. The attention to detail was exceptional; I'd give it a perfect score without hesitation.

We booked a suite with a 270-degree view, with a river on one side and a city view on the other, which was great. Sunny in the lobby was very friendly when we checked in. She took the initiative to introduce us to the surrounding delicacies, wrote them down in detail on a small piece of paper, and sent us some fruit. The breakfast on the second day was also very rich. I especially want to say that because my second sister Hongdou had red bean paste in Wuhu the day before, I saw it in the hotel this morning, so I was very excited. However, I felt that there were not enough red beans, so I asked the waiter Mavis if I could add some red beans. I thought it was impossible, but the enthusiastic Mavis immediately went to the kitchen to look for it, and found that there were only cold red beans, so she immediately helped us steam them, so that we could enjoy a very satisfying breakfast.
