Loved my Stay Before the Flight
Such a nice hotel with wonderful service. I stayed here before our flight from Dhaka Airport because I arrived late the night before. The restaurant team was great, and the food was tasty — both the dinner I ordered from the menu and the breakfast buffet.

The deluxe room was quite spacious, and the hotel was clean and hygienic. The service was attentive. There was also a security guard with a spray bottle at the entrance, so safety was assured!

This hotel has transport to the airport terminals, which is really helpful. It’s nice and comfortable, perfect if you have an early flight. The location is very close to Dhaka airport, only about a 5-10-minute drive. The room was clean, but the decoration felt a bit old compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Uttara.

I've stayed here multiple times for business trips. The location is excellent, just 10 minutes from the airport. Including taxes, the price isn't cheap, but the hotel service is great, breakfast is good, and the hygiene is also commendable. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Excellent service, and a great breakfast spread! The room was spotless, which was a huge relief. There are plenty of elevators, making it super convenient and fast. Plus, they offer free fruit which was delicious. Very satisfied, I'll definitely stay here again.

at first they gave me wrong room which is downgraded from double to singgle room, i check in at 2 in the morning is quite disappointing bcs i can't sleep at all bcs the bed are way to small for both of us, i want change the room immediately but they said it's no available for double deluxe room (type room that i booked). and the next day finally they change our room but still you have to pay attention next time about this things. water heater didn't work i can tolerate bcs the weather are still hot any way, the breakfast are good, friendly staff quite location and safe. thx

The staff in this hotel are the most professional and courteous I’ve ever encountered especially Salahuddin and Amin. Food for breakfast and dinner was excellent. Bed and bed linen was very comfortable. Gym and pool facilities are very good. Only complaints are was the front desk staff insisting we register with IHG in order to get wifi, this was at 3am after arriving from the airport from a long flight and also the temperature in the room could not be controlled so it became quite warm and uncomfortable at times.

GGuest UserLocation is strategic, about 30 minutes driving distance to Dhaka Airport and supermarket is just beside the hotel. Room and public toilet are clean. Staff are polite and helpful. Food is clean and nice, however, may I suggest to change the breakfast menu on alternate day? So that, guest who stay for long, could enjoy different food.

TTrippinDawgI recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals.
However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience.
That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm attitude and quick service. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged. The bed was soft, the linens felt fresh, and the room had all the basic facilities I needed for a relaxed stay. I was especially happy with the quiet and peaceful environment, which made it easy to rest after a long day in the city. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.
The food at Priyo Nibash was another highlight. Their restaurant served delicious dishes that tasted homely and fresh. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the food was flavorful and well-prepared. I really appreciated the variety and the fast service, even during busy hours.

GGuest UserAbsolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available.
Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value!
The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…

GGuest UserThis hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!

PPrakash MunuswamyThis is not hotel and it's just a hostel for the Chinese travellers. It will not suit for any business travellers from other countries. This facility doesnt have toilets. There's only one toilet for 5 rooms. it's a shared toilet and it was shocking for the amount they charged. Even a kitchen has been converted in to a room. only advantage is that it's nearby to the airport. gates of this apartment will get closed by 10pm. lifts will be switched of by 10 pm. Rooms are in the 8th floor. Then imagine what happens if the lifts are switched off and especially you are carrying the heavy luggages. Moreover they dont have a card swiping machine and you need to make the payment through local currency. if you are budget traveller who dont need any amenities then you can go for it. Otherwise staying at this place will give you lots of frustrations. Actual rooms are completely different from the pictures shared on trip.com. Breakfast starts by 8 am and if you have to start early this place will not work again. Even towels are not provided. just a couple of hand towels were provided. I will not suggest this hotel for any business travellers or for families.
