very charming catering and reception staff, buffet and decent breakfast, nothing more the parking lot be careful to book in advance because there is not enough space for everyone, very narrow, be careful when maneuvering. the equipment is good but a little dated still swimming pool heated to 30°c and jaccusi to 35.5°c perfect for relaxing just a musty smell.. perfect sauna gym fitness class in the evening perfect perfect games room too small downside there is only one terrace in this hotel it is great because on the rooftop beautiful view but its access is prohibited after 8:00 p.m. (we can understand to avoid the risk of falling or others especially since the hotel has 10 floors) too bad if we want to sit down to smoke a cigarette or a cigar the rooms are too heated for my taste, will please those who are cold the bathrooms are clean but the equipment is outdated the rooms are very large, the floors are dilapidated or even degraded the room doors are poorly soundproofed the hallways are clean, clean carpet is modern the elevators are functional and clean pedestrian access on the rear facade to the city center is a plus

La meva experiència en aquest hotel no ha estat gaire satisfactòria. Un dels punts més decebedors ha estat el pàrquing: té un cost de 18 € per nit, un preu molt elevat per les condicions que ofereix. Les places són molt petites, costa molt aparcar-hi i el pàrquing en general és complicat i incòmode, amb fortes baixades i poc espai de maniobra. Sincerament, no val la pena pel preu que es paga. Pel que fa a l’habitació, era massa petita i mal insonoritzada: se sentia absolutament tot del passadís i d’altres habitacions, cosa que feia difícil descansar bé. A més, la neteja deixava bastant a desitjar. L’únic punt positiu és la bona ubicació. Està molt cèntric i és fàcil moure’s a peu per Escaldes-Engordany si tens previst fer turisme o compres. Tot i això, no repetiria.

Habitación amplia, la ubicación es muy buena para moverte a muchos sitios sin necesidad de utilizar el coche. Habitaciones reformadas. El desayuno muy variado tanto en dulce como en salado. El parking un poco caro, pero al final te sale más a cuenta que dejarlo en un parking externo al hotel.

Muy buena estancia en el hotel Comtes d’Urgell, todo estuvo muy bien y lo pasamos genial. El chico de recepción que nos hizo el check-in fue muy amable, educado y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Como punto a mejorar, el desayuno no tenía mucha variedad para el precio que pagamos. Aun así, es un hotel muy recomendable en Andorra la Vella. 👍

In my opinion one of the best 4* hotels in Andorra. It is very well located, both for shopping and for skiing. A luxury spa, quiet and with all services working. The staff is lovely, they made an open reservation for me because I couldn't go on the day booked, and they upgraded me for free to a suite with a balcony facing the square. The breakfast is very good, local products of very good quality, and very varied. I will return on my next trip to Andorra, it is worth it for the price-quality ratio.

La ubicación y el desayuno están bien. La cena tiene poca variedad solo dos opciones de 1, 2 y postre. La habitación estaba bien, pero tenía muy mal olor y me dicen que es por qué es una zona de aguas termales cosa que no es por eso sino por problemas en los desagües, me dicen que me van a dar una solución y nada. Teniendo habitaciones disponibles cuando vuelvo sigo con el mismo problema ni un simple ambientador y cuándo hablo con el chico de la recepción que es otro entonces le ofrecen el cambio de habitación pero ya era tarde porque no me dieron esa opción y un hotel 4 estrellas no pueden dar ese servicio. No repetiremos.

Muy contentas con el trato y con la estancia. Volveremos.

Genial el hotel, tanto el agrado del staff de este hotel como las instalaciones de la habitación, bien equipada y limpia. Ubicación céntrica en Andorra para poder moverte donde quieras.

The hotel is in a very good location, 5 minutes walking from the centre. La neteja de les habitations est fa diariament. Tot i que l'hotel dispose de parking va parcar al parking público que hi ha just al frente (3'5€/nit). The llit ens has seemed to be a comfortable force.
