We really loved this hotel! Located in a beautiful pedestrian area with a temple with easy access to restaurants, shops and bars. Short walk to metro station so easy access to the restaurants of the city. Our deluxe room was beautiful with a separate lounge, bedroom and bathroom and even had 2 balconies although too cold to sit out while we were there. Breakfast was good and tasty and best of all, the staff were wonderful. My wife had a reaction to a bite and 2 staff members took us to hospital and stayed with to help with translation etc. they even called back to the hotel as we’d missed breakfast - way above and beyond what they needed to do!

This B&B is truly divine, right in a scenic area, right next to the Minjiang River! There's a parking lot just 50 meters away, making it incredibly lively, with plenty of food options, and most importantly, the views are stunning! The room itself is quite spacious! It even has separate wet and dry areas! The small balcony is absolutely stunning, making it incredibly cozy! It's clean, the bedding is very comfortable, and I slept very well. The soundproofing is a little lacking, but it really doesn't affect me. I wasn't woken by anything.

SONDERIA Hostel (Wenshu Monastery Branch) was so much better than I expected! I was just looking for a place near Wenshu Monastery, but I stumbled upon a real gem. The bar on the first floor is incredibly stylish; in the evenings, you can listen to music and have a drink, making it the perfect spot to relax and socialize during your trip. The vibe is absolutely fantastic. There are a lot of friendly foreigners staying here, giving it that classic hostel feel where everyone can sit together, chat, and enjoy coffee or a drink. While the rooms aren't as spacious as traditional hostels, having a private bathroom in each room is a huge plus! They are spotlessly clean, and the wet/dry separation works well, ensuring privacy and hygiene. You definitely don't have to worry about the typical crowding and cleanliness issues often found in hostels. The overall decor is warm and inviting; I really loved the wooden furniture and warm lighting. Whether you're a solo traveler looking for a quiet corner or with friends wanting to experience the local charm, this place is perfect. The location is also very convenient.

This is the third time I have stayed here. I like the environment here very much. The room is simple and clean. The most important thing is that there is a slide in the room. The children like it very much. The view from the room is very good. The most important thing is that the food is delicious and the boss is nice. It's also very nice and the stay is very comfortable.

Songpan, known as the ancient city of Songzhou, is a place of historical and cultural significance. A sight of the mixing of four cultures: *******, Qiang, Hui, and Han. I stayed in this hotel for two nights and three days. The hotel is clean and gives you a taste of ancient architecture. The hotel manager is wonderful. She recommended great restaurants and helped us find taxi drivers.

The hotel is in the great location and you feel like you moved in time. Room is clean and shower works well. Beautiful courtyard downstairs. Breakfast let us down. There was no fresh orange juice or average food. The room can get hot even with air conditioner on. I did not find it as an issue but if you plan to arrive in August or June it could be a problem. There is a cosy wibe in this place and we would come back. Price is excellent.

I absolutely have to rave about this guesthouse! We stayed here for several nights in Jiuzhai and had an amazing experience. First, a huge shout-out to the owner. Our child suffered from altitude sickness during the night, and the owner immediately brought over Rhodiola Rosea and an oxygen tank. When our plans changed and we needed to shorten our stay by a day, the owner readily agreed without any fuss. The driver recommended by the owner was also very reliable. Oh, and the owner's tea is incredibly fragrant – I even got to sample some, haha! Now, for the location: it's super convenient. It's easy to get to both the Jiuzhai Scenic Area and Chongqia Ice and Snow World, and the town itself isn't as bustling as the area right at the gorge entrance. The guesthouse is located at the end of a road, making it a peaceful retreat amidst the activity. The guesthouse has its own spacious courtyard where we even played badminton. You can also see snow-capped mountains from the guesthouse. Plus, there are two adorable and friendly 'lucky cats' – I even got to pet them, which made me happy! We booked a family room, which was very spacious with large beds that were just the right firmness. There's also underfloor heating, and the room was spotlessly cleaned every day.

The room was quite nice, with one bedroom, one living room, and one bathroom. It was clean and tidy, and there was a yard where you could drink tea, chat, and just relax. It was right in the ancient town, which was very convenient. The owner was very nice. We parked our car in the parking lot, and the owner came over on a tricycle to pick us up with our luggage. The layout of the town is pretty good, with many paid attractions, but they are all newly built and feel average. I wanted to fly a drone, but found it was a no-fly zone, which was a pity.

This hotel has strong Western Sichuan folk house characteristics. Staying in the ancient town feels very authentic and atmospheric.

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. While they might have been a bit chatty, you could tell they genuinely cared about their guests. The room was very clean, and there was plenty of hot water. It's also super close to the Changpinggou scenic area. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic too, definitely lives up to its top rating on Dazhong Dianping!
