DDavid WachendorferMansley refers to their properties as ”managed apartments”. There is no on site staff, you check in online and get a single code that gets you into the building, your room, and the parking. They are very attentive during the stay to make sure you know that if you need anything they are a phone call away. I absolutely love this concept! The property itself appears to have been recently renovated and in immaculate condition. The room was stunning. You walk into a living room area with kitchen with soaring 2 story ceilings. The bedroom is an upstairs loft with king size bed. Towels, linens, mattress, coffee service, etc. are all top of the line. The location can't be beat. Right in the heart of town center with everything you could possible need a short walk away. They have a secure parking lot right next to the property as well. I have stayed at all of the trendy hotels in Cheltenham. This is by far my favorite. Won't stay anywhere else when in Cheltenham. Can't wait to try another Mansley property.

GGuest UserWe were helped upstairs with our luggage when we arrived in spite of being rather early for check in. The apartment is very well equipped. We were amazed to find a dishwasher.
The two large double beds were very comfortable. The shower was amazing. All in all, we were delighted with the accommodation. If you are planning to book this accommodation, please be aware that the stairs to the bedrooms may be a little difficult for some. However, help was on hand with luggage which was excellent. We didn't sample the food as we were out (at the 3 Choirs Festival) in the evenings as well as day time.

BBakeliThe room was quiet, but it just looked beautiful. The ice in the freezer grid of the first choice was fluttered out, and the refrigerator door could not be closed due to failure to clean it in time. The coffee machine is bad, the shower is standing in the bathtub, so the hair is not easy to clean, so the water is very, very slow, and it is impossible to take a bath normally. The most scary thing was that I not only left a message on the APP that night, but I also told the front desk the next day when I went out, but when we returned to the room, everything was as usual, and even the towels were not changed, indicating that no one had cleaned it today.

谈谈小茹The bed is very comfortable, and if you need it, you can change the sheets in three days. Someone cleans it every day, which is great. On the day of check-in, we will prepare milk bread and some fruits for you. Check in is the main room of the hotel. Personally feel that the facilities are a bit old, not as fresh as the picture. The kitchen supplies prepared can only be used for simple European-style meals, and Chinese-style dishes are reluctant. The washing machine had to complain about it, it was very dirty, there was hair and dirt, but it was useless.
