Out of the three hotels I've stayed at in Henan, this one is by far the best! The room was clean and spacious, and the smart amenities were top-notch. Everything felt brand new! The front desk staff even helped us with our luggage to the hotel. The service was really attentive! There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, and it's only a 6-7 minute walk to the Longmen Grottoes ticket office. We had a fantastic time on this trip!

The hotel is located directly inside Luoyi Ancient City. The convenience I considered was that it was very easy to enter the ancient city. I asked the room staff for details. I experienced the tranquility of the ancient city at night when there was no one around, which was very artistic. The room was comfortable and clean. The only downside was that it was inconvenient to bring a suitcase in, so it might be more suitable for travelers who travel light.

The owner arranged our luggage pick-up, saving us the trouble. He also cared about my transportation to Lingchuan and gave me advice. The owner took the initiative to upgrade the room at Xiangya, which has good facilities. Looking at the flow of people outside the store, I felt at home. The store is very close to Guoliang Cave. The night tour before 9 o'clock has a very different atmosphere. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is built with lots of instgrammable spots. Looks very classical. The room is clean and most importantly, quiet. However, I just feel that the toilet design, which seems to be the case for most Chinese hotels, is weird. The door is almost translucent. While the design is all good and nice, it is extremely weird if my wife can actually see me take a poop... The service is also extremely good. The room was treated with anti smoke procedure and the butler was great in explaining a lot of things that we do not really understand because of our poor Chinese grasp, but yet appreciated. The food is not buffet style instead it is per order basis. To us, the food provided suited our palate very well. It seems that they offer Chinese or Western cuisine. We chose Chinese. Overall, this is an awesome hotel!

Facilities: Everything is brand new, from the TV to the toilet, all modern models. The room is very spacious with a huge wooden table, which I really loved. They provide plenty of tissues, no skimping here! There are also massive floor-to-ceiling windows, and the view directly faces Shentang, making the night scenery absolutely first-class. Location: It's right next to Mingtang Shentang, and you can walk to Yingtianmen and Jiuzhou Pond. Cleanliness: The cleaning staff diligently tidies up every day. I saw them cleaning very carefully, wiping down tables, TVs, and scrubbing toilets daily. They are also very polite. Service: The owners are both very welcoming and enthusiastic. The proprietress even took care of our breakfast every day. The front desk lady is very kind, sweet, and gentle. There's also intangible cultural heritage rubbings available to try in the lobby.

In the last business with limited rooms, we had no choice but to rent a tent. When I arrived at the hotel, I found that it was cheaper than online and there were rooms available. Because it rains, the tent is thrown directly on the ground and cannot be used without a platform. At night, I was forced to take my tent jacket and sleep on the floor in the suite. When I tried to take my own tent items to my room, I was stopped by the waiter! When we checked out, we asked for compensation because we lost a towel and stained a pillowcase! I said we wouldn't steal one of your recycled towels! The waiter said that the towels are disposable and not recycled, so we shouldn't be compensated, right? About the pillowcase. We're only staying for one night. What can I do with your pillowcase? Did you get any lipstick on it? You don’t have any children, so just clean it if it’s dirty! The waiter said that it costs money for us to clean the place and you have to pay the cleaning fee! I'm really impressed. I booked your hotel to watch the Shaolin performance. Don't you know the location and charges of your hotel? It's so unreasonable for such an expensive hotel! No one will steal the used towels that have been recycled and disinfected! Does your hotel charge separately for cleaning bedding? I won't recommend friends to stay there. It's very convenient to take a taxi to see a show without having to stay in this expensive and deceptive place. He looks like he has never seen the world.

Weekend gatherings with friends can enhance feelings, but also leisure and entertainment, really so happy!

It is very close to the Shangheyuan welcoming gate, 300 meters walk. The boss upgraded us to a family room with a terrace. Outside the terrace is the Tongjin Gate, which is very beautiful at night. The location of the hotel is easy to find. I drove directly to the parking lot opposite the hotel according to the location the boss sent me. It was very close to cross the bridge to get the luggage. The butler service was very good. They helped me carry my luggage and took me to find the room.

The hotel environment is very good, the windows in the room are large, the ventilation is very good, and the look is very comfortable. The commercial street is next to the hotel downstairs. It is very convenient to buy and eat. It is also very convenient to order takeout. The front desk service attitude is also very good. Couples, friends and family are very suitable.
