None of the photos of the hotel is what you get. Biggest scam ever. The room is not clean. Shower and sink didn’t drain well. There’s no ventilation in the room. Windows do not open. Stains on everything. No tables for luggage. No reply from anyone. The area is not as beautiful as you see in the photos at all. Do not expect anyone to help you even if you die in the room.

A nice place to stay, given the price. A bit loud but the bed is comfortable and nice shower.

Good location. Clean and easy check in and check out.

The worse hotel ever. The street is so noisy till 1am+ and the shower head broken. No fan in the room, open window also no air come in. Just worse experience in this hotel.

I don’t want mention in this property for everyone because that time have hot weather in Swiss when I’m arriving the self checking have so big problems because from property have received code is too late after check in room have one fan can’t work I can’t sleep because so hot in room price is expensive but no have any think

We booked this room because it was low price for a night near the railway station in Zurich. It served its purpose, but lefta lot to be desired. The room itself was so small, it was impossible to outlay contemporary suitcases packed on both sides of the case. No glass for water for or a drink of any kind. The room was in bad repair. A large mirror was falling from its frame behind the door and the bathroom door (made from a chipboard) had been wet and was swelled, warped and smelly. Lobby alcove dingy and felt insecure The bed was good, towels and linen fine. It served its purpose, but I couldn't recommend The self service worked, but not a fan of no one on site. Won't rebook this again.

Location is good. The unit is not well maintained. No remote to the TV initially until asked and the auto curtain were not working at all. The cleaner did not knock before she entered the unit on the first day 😰. No house keeping at all and no instructions available on where to dispose of rubbish. We stayed for 5 days…

Didn’t even stay here made a booking accident and got back to them with an instant email saying it was a mistake, they still refused to cancel the booking. How disappointing

I couldn’t get checked in until 3 pm even though I got there at 2pm. The number wouldn’t work and it was stressful coming from overseas with no phone connected and couldn’t not call the hotel or anything. Finally trip.com help me via an internet call. I would suggest you have a better system than only a telephone. At least have a telephone on site that we could use. I was left waiting 1 hour in a dirty corridor on the street. It was very stressful and not very nice to be honest. I had no curtains in my room, the houses opposite me could see right in my room. It was terrible. It’s such a shame because everything else is ok so it would stop me from coming back.

good location but bad facilities, no ac and not as clean bedroom

Very clean and spacious and has all the kitchen appliances. But there is no reception or room service. I would say great for long stays.

No AC, and just a broken fan. Not cheap but poor facilities. No luggage storage.

The contact number is not working after 6pm although it said that it is 24/7
