We love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

The hotel is newly renovated, the accommodation environment is very good, the service is more considerate, and there is free pick-up and drop-off from the pier. Since we arrived at the hotel a little early, snacks such as fruit, juice, and small dried fruits were placed in the room when we checked in. From the room, you can see the Nanhai Guanyin Bodhisattva statue in the distance. There is a beach right outside your door, where you can watch the sunset... My husband and I have agreed to stay in this hotel next year. I am also very grateful to Zhou Zhou and Xiao Qian, the two beauties for their warm reception.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Zizhulin and Nanhai Guanyin. There are also minibuses to pick up from the pier. The hotel's restaurant is moderately priced, similar to the food stalls outside the B&B. The beach is right in front of the hotel.

This is a newly opened hotel. There is a beach at the doorstep and you can see the Nanhai Guanyin when you go out. There is an authentic restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, which makes it convenient for dining. I give a thumbs up to Xiao Wei!

Convenient location, very clean, good service, downstairs is the chain restaurant "Original Flavor" delicious and inexpensive, the seafood is also very fresh 🌹

The room is very clean, the hotel staff are also very nice, no matter what the problem is, they are very proactive in dealing with it. There is also a pier pick-up service, and there are bed guards for children staying with them, which is very considerate!!! You can also see the Nanhai Guanyin outside the window. There is a beach outside the hotel.

I went to Putuo Mountain three times in total. The hotel I stayed in this time was the best and very clean. The beach was opposite the hotel and the Guanyin statue could be seen in the room. The dinner in the restaurant on the first floor was great, the buffet breakfast was rich, and the butler service attitude was very good, helping to take the suitcase to the room.

The room was clean and tidy, and all the staff I met were very nice and friendly. It was a very good experience. If I come to Putuo Mountain again, I will definitely stay here. The location is also very good, by the sea, looking up at the Nanhai Guanyin.

The dinner at the B&B is delicious. There is a flat beach outside. The staff in Fangcheng, Tanghe and other places in Nanyang, Henan are very enthusiastic and helpful. Thank you 🥹

It was a very pleasant stay. Xiao Qian and Zhou Zhou at the front desk were very responsible. The hygiene was good and the service was considerate. I was very satisfied. I will stay at Xi Lei Zizhu Xingshe again!
