We love this hotel. The location is good. The scenery views from the rooms are great. Breakfast spread has variety. They even provided complimentary snacks in the rooms.

Very happy overall with Vienna Hotel, Wulingyuan. Enjoyed our stay. Very near to many good restaurants. Very good service was given by : Shen Ling Qim (employee number 007 ), Wu Meng Meng ( employee number 008).

Breakfast is good and there is a change in variety daily. Room is spacious, bed and pillow is comfortable. Only do not like the auto flush toilet bowl as the flushing system is too strong resulting in the water splashing on your bum.

Great option for tourists coming to Wulingyuan to explore the national park. It took us around 20 minutes of walking to get to the East Gate. There are grocery stores, pharmacy and lots of restaurants really close to the hotel. it’s nice that it’s located in a small street to the side of the biggest street (that can get relatively busy), so it was quiet and peaceful at night and we could recharge before another challenging day in the park.
The hotel looks freshly renovated, the family room we booked was clean and spacious. Nice bathroom. The breakfast was also good, decent diversity of food available.

Good and friendly staff ... serve with heart .. room is spacious and brand new.. and very clean, despite the toilet is a little tricky. The hotel also provides a laundry room, free ice cream and coffee. The location is pretty strategic , near national park east gate. Special thanks to Mr Tong and Ms Cho, the duty manager, that helped us buying tickets to national park... Definitely will comeback again...
