Vantu·ANNICA Tourism Resort (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park)

We had a great time as soon as we got out of the taxi, the staff were all very helpful and welcoming, the room was amazing and Xiao Gao planned our tour for us to the Zhangjiajie Forest Park, the location was also very close to the Middle gate entrance, literally down the slope and when we got back we had some afternoon tea all prepared for us. Xiao Gao also helped us with recommendations in the area and in the Wulingyuan district! Would definitely recommend and stay here again! They also booked the tour for us for other days even though we are only staying here one night and at good prices too

We just had an amazing stay at this hotel. It looks brand new, the room was big, and the furniture and whole interior is really nicely done and high quality. The view was also great. The food delicious. And the location, just 2 minutes walk from the middle gate, was perfect. We have been at the bailong elevator in about 20 minutes by bus. We have stayed at the hotel for 2 days, the whole team was very nice - and several of them could speak English too. Victoria was really helpful, she took good care of us, helped us with our trip planning, when to go where in order to have the best experience. So even with so-so weather, we had an amazing time and managed to see all areas - Avatar mountain area (National forest park, Bailong Elevator. Tianzi Mountain,...), Tianmen mountain, Grand Canyon with the glass bridge - in just 2 days. We will for sure recommend this hotel to our friends if they plan to come to Zhangjiajie, and will stay there again if we come back

Wow… what an experience. I don’t think I’ve ever had such good service in my life as I have over here, at this hote. Drizzle was the person taking care of me and she is nothing short of amazing. Replied instantly to every query I had, extremely helpful, always very kind and nice. Honestly, she deserves a raise, because it is people like her that really make such experiences unforgettable. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our five-night stay at Annica. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by friendly, attentive staff who immediately took care of our luggage, treated us to a beautiful afternoon tea, and ensured everything was seamless throughout our stay. A special and heartfelt mention must go to Lyra, who truly made our experience exceptional. She worked tirelessly to organise all our tickets and tailor our itinerary to suit the weather and how we felt each day. When plans needed to change due to poor weather, Lyra handled everything effortlessly. Each evening, she took time to sit with us, review the next day’s plans, and make sure we felt relaxed and prepared. She was consistently friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Lyra is a true asset and an inspiration to anyone in the service industry. Our room at Annica was stunning, with breathtaking mountain views, a dreamy bathtub complete with a complimentary bath bomb, and a comfortable living space where we enjoyed watching Avatar in the evenings after dinner. The food at Annica was divine—fresh, flavourful, beautifully prepared, and authentically delicious. We also adored Juju the cat, who added an extra layer of warmth and charm to our stay.
