First of all, based on the price, it is acceptable. Food-wise, nothing surprising, just average. The large transparent glass window in the dining area allows you to enjoy the outdoor scenery, which is the best thing about this hotel. In terms of facilities, there is nothing to show for it. It is just a small hotel. As for the room, the equipment is average and a bit old. The biggest problem is that the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning, and because we have to accommodate the pick-up schedule, we can only choose the bus that leaves at 9:00 in the morning, so we can't enjoy the hot springs. (Note: The hotel is equipped with a shuttle bus, but I did not make a reservation. I estimated that I could walk there, but it took 30 minutes. Therefore, it is recommended that guests make a reservation for the shuttle bus from the station to the hotel.)

The shortcoming of distance is compensated for by shuttle buses. For the low price, the customer service was friendly and the facilities were old but cleanly maintained. I felt tired and satisfied after soaking in the large public bath. I chose the open-air bath, but it was okay even if I didn't use it separately. Everything was good up to this point I applied for four people with two children. The basic settings such as towels were for 2 people. They say the extra fee for children is limited to meals. I was treated kindly and felt that the facilities were practical and efficient, but this part was disappointing. When paying extra for children, don't you usually make reservations thinking that all services are included in the price? I felt like something was quite inflexible. When towels, etc. are not prepared Even when checking in, I didn't recognize it because there was no prior information. It was around 8:30 when I hurried down to look for a towel. The light was off at the counter and no one was there. And this is a different story, but when I tried to solve the Wi-Fi problem, I was really frustrated when I was in the area and couldn't make a call because the call function was blocked. I hope everyone will keep this in mind when they go to Japan. phew. Next time I go to Yufuin, I plan to just visit the tourist attractions on a day trip.
