酒店床墊太硬，房子太老了，設施陳舊，被子上還有頭髮，衞生間洗臉池竟然沒有鏡子，位置太偏，附近沒有吃飯的地方，半夜12點多有幾個東北人在走廊大喊大叫，酒店和寫字樓在一起人員混雜，一大早樓上裝修電鑽的聲音刺耳。

最近來煙台看海千挑萬選選中了這個酒店保持瞭如家一如既往的品質，千凈衞生，環境很好，很有性價比。超級適合一家人出來旅行，舒服又放心而且出行方便。出行很便利，去哪哪哪都很方便，服務很好，附近美食的也很多。

房間住着很舒適，而且乾淨衞生，住了好幾天了，工作人員服務態度也好，垃圾房間收拾都很及時，和網上説的也一致，周邊緊挨着煙台大學，吃喝玩樂都挺方便都挺近的，這次入住體驗很好，下次來希望我們還會選擇這家

服務一級棒：酒店前台小姐姐們都太好了，第一天入住的時候還幫我們提行李，第二天大雨還借給我們傘，真的太感謝了
衞生：酒店設施也都很不錯，收拾的很乾凈
位置：靠近煙大，吃東西也很方便～沒有來得及拍房間照片，就附一張演唱會圖片吧，哈哈！下次有機會再來！

是來看華晨宇演唱會入住的酒店 前台小姐姐很熱情 我是快12點到酒店 也是很熱情的接待 房間衞生乾淨 住了兩晚 還送了我一份早餐 感謝 出行也很方便 酒店前面就有公交車站點 以後再來煙台旅遊 還會入住

酒店位置很好，附近就有公交站台，不遠處就是海和萬象滙，出去玩和逛街都很方便。 衞生環境都很不錯，有熱水有空調有電視，設備都很齊全，服務也特別好，住着很舒服。
