I have to say that the old five-star hotel is still trustworthy. The service is very good. When I just checked in at the hotel, the front desk clerk helped to upgrade the room (I forgot which clerk it was, but the front desk clerks were all very good), and gave me a small gift for checking in. When I arrived at the room, I found that there was a water pipe leaking in one room and immediately changed it to another room on the same floor. The room aunt also cleaned meticulously, but it was more reassuring to use disposable sheets and quilt covers and toilet covers. The service staff were also polite, and they delivered fruits and yogurt every day. The elderly traveled with a wheelchair, and the security guard at the door took the initiative to help put the wheelchair in the trunk every time. The details can better reflect the service. Facilities: quite new. Remember to bring your own plastic slippers. Xiaodu is helpful and convenient. The bedding is comfortable, I slept well, and I can guarantee my trip the next day. No refrigerator. With a balcony, you can sit for a while during leisure time. Although you can't see the outside, you can still ensure privacy. Laundry room is convenient. Hygiene: OK, quite clean. Even the fabrics of the spring stool and chair at the end of the bed were not very clean. Environment: The surrounding area is close to Dongguan Street, lively but not too noisy. In the room, you can listen to the blind elderly man playing strings on the opposite street for free, but you won't feel noisy. Service: Internet celebrity Yangda yogurt was given as a gift at the door. There was no full-time bellman, but the girl at the front desk saw that our suitcases were heavy and would help carry them up the steps. There will also be a display board with travel guides at the elevator entrance.

I took my parents and four children to Yangzhou. We chose a villa where we could live together. There was also a private bath that the children liked. On the first day, I went out to play and contacted the housekeeper in the afternoon to say that I was going back to take a bath. When I got to the room, the water was ready. When I saw the children, I added bubble balls and children's toiletries. The west gate of the hotel faces the east gate exit of Slender West Lake. There is Xiangyuan outside the west gate, and Quyuan is outside the south gate. The location is very good. The sanitation is clean and the facilities are also very good. The children didn't want to leave after feeding the fish and black swans in the hotel. The weather was very cold, so I sat in the c coffee shop for a while. The coffee tasted good. I will stay there again when I go to Yangzhou again. By the way, the housekeeper Yuan Rong is very warm and thoughtful, very careful! A great trip!

The hotel is situated in a great location, right next to the famous Dong Guang Road. It is also next to the Marco Polo museum and near the Marco Polo statue. From the hotel it is very easy to get to all the attractions such as the slender west lake which is a must do in Yangzhou. The hotel staff are absolutely fantastic and we were upgraded to a loft suite. They made us feel so welcome and we felt like we were at home. A big thanks to miss Shi Yanyan, Lu Wei and Mr Dong for looking after us and making our trip special. This hotel provided us with exceptional customer service and we highly recommend it. The loft suite was beautiful with a wonderful river view. The room was very clean, cosy and had great amenities. The loft suite has two bathrooms/ shower rooms, two TVs (one in the living area and one in the bedroom) and Dyson hairdryer. When we checked out they gave us a very special gift of local sweets. They really are a fantastic team.

My whole stay at this one of the best ones i’ve ever stayed. Staff are all very friendly and approachable. And almost all of them are courteous towards me and my family. One of the Staffer, Wan Bin, was meticulous in handling my case and handled it professionally. Overall, the stay, food and and hotel staff is very helpful. This stay is highly recommended.

I had a very good stay in this hotel.  Most of the time, Mrs. Yao Zhang, who I think was the manager of the hotel, stood in front and always tried to meet the needs of the guests, and I was very impressed by her good behavior.  Everything in the hotel was great.  Breakfast was good.  The hotel staff were very polite and helpful in all departments.  I have been to many hotels in Yangzhou, but this one was exceptionally well managed.
