The hotel is generally very good, clean and hygienic, and the bedding is very comfortable. There are welcome fruits when entering the store, and gifts are given when checking out. There are many types of breakfast and the taste is good. I like rice noodles very much. The hotel service staff are very enthusiastic. Seeing that I was carrying a large luggage, the security guard took the initiative to help me take it when I took a taxi. I must give it a thumbs up. The dinner in the hotel was also good. It takes about 10 minutes by taxi to the Slender West Lake and Geyuan. It is very convenient. The Grand Canal Museum is very good and worth a visit. The whole trip to Yangzhou gave people a very comfortable, leisure and elegant feeling.

The hotel has good service and good breakfast with so many options to choose from. The staff was also nice and managed to assist me with check-in as I arrived at the hotel too early. I'd definitely visit this hotel again in the future.

The hotel is situated in a great location, right next to the famous Dong Guang Road. It is also next to the Marco Polo museum and near the Marco Polo statue. From the hotel it is very easy to get to all the attractions such as the slender west lake which is a must do in Yangzhou. The hotel staff are absolutely fantastic and we were upgraded to a loft suite. They made us feel so welcome and we felt like we were at home. A big thanks to miss Shi Yanyan, Lu Wei and Mr Dong for looking after us and making our trip special. This hotel provided us with exceptional customer service and we highly recommend it. The loft suite was beautiful with a wonderful river view. The room was very clean, cosy and had great amenities. The loft suite has two bathrooms/ shower rooms, two TVs (one in the living area and one in the bedroom) and Dyson hairdryer. When we checked out they gave us a very special gift of local sweets. They really are a fantastic team.

My whole stay at this one of the best ones i’ve ever stayed. Staff are all very friendly and approachable. And almost all of them are courteous towards me and my family. One of the Staffer, Wan Bin, was meticulous in handling my case and handled it professionally. Overall, the stay, food and and hotel staff is very helpful. This stay is highly recommended.

I brought my kids to Yangzhou Citywalk on the weekend. After checking in at the Science and Technology Museum, it takes about ten minutes to walk to the hotel. I gave the kids a small gift when I checked in, and they were very happy. After arriving at the room, it might be because it was winter and cloudy, and my husband had a little rhinitis, so I felt that the room had a little smell (like the carpet was not completely dry after washing, and from another angle, the hotel carpet must be cleaned frequently). I called the front desk to ask if I could change the room. It was really fast. The store manager came in person and took us to see two rooms facing the sun very warmly and gently for us to choose. After we had chosen a satisfactory room, she actually said that there was a parent-child room that could be upgraded for free. It was really happy. There was a small detail, that is, the room card was not exchanged when we changed rooms. The lady said that she would let the robot come up to give us a new room card and let us take the previous room card to the robot. As a result, the robot came up and not only brought the room card, but also brought us snacks... It was really detailed and heartwarming. After dinner, we found that we were given a fruit plate and gifts when we checked out. To be honest, I am a tour guide and have stayed in hundreds of hotels of various standards, but I rarely receive such careful and gentle treatment from beginning to end (it is really not just as simple as upgrading the room type and gifts). I really recommend this Hilton Garden Inn. If I come to Yangzhou again, I will definitely stay here. I wish the kind-hearted store manager all the best.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, especially for the price. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious, and everything inside our room were disinfected and vacuumed sealed. The gym was fully equipped with a nice yoga room. The staff even opened the gym for me when I needed to use it at 5AM outside their normal operating hours. Breakfast was superb. You can taste the quality of the food, especially the fresh brewed coffee and homemade yogurt. The only downside was limited amount of laundry machines, but the pros outweighed the con for sure.
