住過的最差五星級，先説説房間，晚上10點多到酒店，和我表妹帶着兩個孩子，到房間孩子在浴缸泡澡玩耍，因為衞生間和卧室之間的不是實牆是而玻璃，我和表妹就躺在床上看着他們，結果電動捲簾無故自動下落兩次把孩子遮擋在衞生間，當時就感覺怪怪的！之後在床上哄兩孩子睡覺，我把燈調成睡眠模式，結果衞生間的睡眠感應夜燈突然滅了，想着是設定的時間會自動滅吧，結果十幾秒突然又自動亮了，我和表妹心裏有點發毛了，更嚇人的來了，之後我在淋浴間洗澡，亮着的夜燈突然又滅了，這次是才兩三秒又突然亮了，***還在淋浴間呢，是誰感應的，我真是渾身雞皮疙瘩關了水抓起浴巾就往房間跑，我表妹已經起來把所有燈開着了，我把電視也開着，這真是給人嚇死了！打電話給總枱，總枱叫了個維修師傅來了，然後説把什麼燈光模塊重啟了一下，又給拿了個枱燈來，讓夜燈就別開了，也沒提説給換個房間，雖然我們還有兩個孩子已經睡著了換房間不方便，但這房間我們住的也確實不安穩啊，反正後來是整夜開着電視和燈睡得！再説早餐，那早餐是真是……首先品種少到極點，再就是所有食物的新鮮度，那包子皮都反覆熱到發黃了，西點衹有吐司和紙杯蛋糕，也都不知擱置了幾天，吐司烤了兩遍都不脆，整個早餐廳看到兩位50多歲的阿姨在不緊不慢的打掃衞生，説明一下絕無年齡歧視，但衞生情況絕對讓人失望到極致了，喝粥的勺子隨便拿了兩個，一個上面盯着一點菜葉，另一個勺心裏油膩膩的不知是啥，反正一下子讓人反胃，跟服務員説了後，整盤給端走了説去重換些來，換來之後我隨手拿了一個就回位子上去了，結果仔細一看，又是臟的，唉，真的一點食慾沒了，去倒杯飲料來喝，基於已發現的衞生情況，特地看了一下杯子，結果杯口掛着的殘跡直接讓我放棄吃了，又給服務員看，結果服務員就拿過去站在那又不緊不慢的擦起來……真實極差體驗，絕無誇張！
