The reception staff is the kindest and most welcoming. A stunning hotel with a beautiful view from the window. They even have their own coffee capsule machine. Everything in the room works, making it very quiet and super comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious.

The hotel service was excellent. From the doorman greeting us to the front desk staff assisting with check-in, everyone was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive. The front desk even helped with our luggage. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options to choose from.

Services are good especially receptionists. The room is clean, the mattress is a bit soft. Hotel restaurant offers a few options for dinner, had to go outside restaurants.

An excellent Mercure product, Faria and Cheese were excellent at check-in and went above and beyond in terms of service. The room was excellent for the price, self-help water at the elevator, breakfast was great! 10/10
