When we couldn't understand the language, they politely responded using a translation app on their smartphones. Also, when we requested a taxi, if we had any trouble, they told us to contact them on Wechat and followed us until we arrived at the hotel. However, I wish you would have called the taxi company instead of hailing a taxi on the street. I thought I would be able to stay more securely if there was a taxi contracted with the hotel or a courtesy car for sightseeing spots.
Anyway, thank you for your help during our stay.

房間寬敞，新酒店設施很新，服務也非常好！重點是五一期間儘管房間滿員，價格衹是比平時上漲20%（也許定得較早吧），不像很多城市其他酒店翻了不知多少倍，因此性價比很高！

酒店和傳統五星相比，應該是偏商務的，環境不錯，入住有逸林特色的巧克力曲奇歡迎禮，也給小朋友準備了小玩具，小細節還不錯，但是辦理入住時酒店服務人員的服務意識有待加強，因為帶着小朋友拿兩個行李箱顯得有點困難，服務人員雖然在前面引路，但沒有搭把手的意識，會讓顧客體驗感有所降低。房間的環境不錯，早餐可以説是中規中矩，因為五一客人比較多，麪食檔口顯得有點混亂，排隊等候時間比較長，部分煮麪人員的服務意識有待提高～態度比較僵硬

因為網評雅安第一家五星酒店，寄予厚望特地選了個江景房。結果卻差強人意。入住後房間異常温熱當時工作人員還很熱情，説是因為天氣原因，還搬來一個空氣凈化器。到了晚上空調顯示19度，屋裡還是很悶熱工人來測了一下，牆壁温度27度。最後説空調可能有問題終於給調了房間。整個房間的用品比如廁紙等標準不達五星。工作人員還是比較耐心細緻的，
尤其前台接待我們的姑娘非常耐心。圖片就是我們從住的江景房拍的外景。

之前在攜程上團了兩晚套餐，趕着過期前自己來雅安玩兩天。酒店就在雅安很熱鬧的商圈，很多有名的飯店都在周邊，而且到高鐵站和高速都很近，很方便。酒店是去年開業的，設備都很新，毛巾也是軟軟的，很舒服！

房間環境簡潔舒適，比較寬敞，前台接待熱情，早餐品種豐富可口，不過房價也不算低，床品這季節被子配的太厚，枕頭也不是很舒服，洗護用品檔次不高，與房價不匹配。
