CATASTROPHIC!! Hotel policy that check in is at 2pm. The rooms were not ready by 2pm. Waited in the lobby but was more like a sauna as the AC did not even work. Plug sockets are hanging out the walls as well very dangerous! The room smells & v dirty! Carpet is filthy. Many in our group had the same issue. We have a room of 5 but there’s only 3 drinking glasses?! Not much food choice. Poor wifi. Rude staff. Sink in the bathroom is coming off the wall. Cracks in the ceiling, which leaks water as well as the AC. Hotel is very run down - nothing like the promotional video. The door doesn’t even lock properly which is a basic thing. No idea how it claims 4 stars! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Stayed here for 3 nights. Meals included good selection of local cuisine. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. They would bend over backwards to help. Reception staff can communicate in English to variable standard. Only downsize is internal walls very thin/no soundproofing it seems.
