Xiamen Shuwu Hotel

SM City
The bathroom and toilet facilities are complete, the disposable supplies are complete, the bathroom and bathroom are separated by men and women, and there is no wash bag in the comments on the bed. Sanitation is quite clean. The environment is elegant and consistent with the pictures in the introduction. Warm service. If you are critical, I personally feel that there are a few shortcomings: First, the entrance of the boys' accommodation area is too close to the coffee bar, and it is also a passage to the reading area inside. It is recommended to add a certain partition, on the one hand, increase the privacy of the accommodation area, on the other hand, isolate the sound of entering the interior of the accommodation area and the internal reading area from the outside. The second is the hardware aspect. There is a possible ventilation device under the reading light in the bed that will have a continuous sound and cannot be turned off. Sleeping at one end of the light near the light will feel noisy when it is passed into the ear. It is inconvenient to sleep at the other end and turn off the light. It is recommended to deal with the relationship between switching lights and ventilation. In addition, there are some small details such as the water dispenser that pulls out 25 ℃, which cannot meet the needs of drinking hot water in winter. The room is a bit cold. I don't know if there is heating. There are 14 beds in the boys' accommodation area, all of which are lower bunks. If the occupancy rate is relatively high, I hope that there can be a cabinet for changing shoes outside to avoid the production of smell; the paper next to the bathroom sink can be replaced with a large toilet paper, which is more convenient; Finally, the hotel is inside the building. It takes a few turns to enter from the outside gate to reach. I hope to add some signs to facilitate the guests and takeaway brothers.

The location is average, there are not many places to eat around, the price is not high, the room hardware facilities are really average, the sound insulation is not good, most of them are incomplete facilities. 5 points are for the staff. Although the service is not standard, it makes people feel comfortable and intimate. During the typhoon, the front desk, engineering and housekeepers have carefully reminded the safety and possible problems with the stay. Other small details will not be mentioned. What is done is ahead of the guests' thinking. They are all very good, so 5 points for the service, a hotel person for more than ten years can feel 🤨

This is actually a boutique hotel that surprised me pleasantly. The room is spacious with an attached bath tub and separate cubicles for wc and shower respectively. Deco is modern and tastefully done with nice soft lighting. Due to the limitations of the location, the window overlook a residential unit next door. But for this budget, I think it is value for money. Also I appreciate its proximity to the airport and SM Mall. Staff members are helpful and friendly. If you enjoy some tranquility and peace, this could be a good hotel as it is usually not very crowded. Breakfast is simple Chinese food - dumplings; dim sum; fried noodles or vermicelli; plain congee; buns; milk; soy etc. Food selection is modest but sufficient given the boutique nature of this hotel. Overall, value for money and a good alternative to a brand name hotel for international travellers to consider.

The hotel's service is great. Seeing that we were two adults and two children, the room rate only included breakfast for two people. After checking in, the hotel called the room and specially provided breakfast for the two children. Then there are takeaways, which are also delivered to the room by robots. The parent-child suite is clean and tidy. In addition to the sofa, the living room also has a tatami mat, which is very comfortable.

The location of the apartment is very good, the bus stop is at the door, the subway station is not far away, a good experience.
