Seashine E-Share Intelligence Hotel (Xiamen Zhongshan Road）)

The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from Line 1 subway station, providing direct access to popular spots like Zhongshan Road, Gulangyu, and Shapowei without any transfers, which was a huge plus. The room was cozy and clean, and the bedding was comfortable. However, the soundproofing wasn't great, though they did send earplugs via a robot in the morning. The area around the hotel is also very convenient for dining and shopping, with 'Xiao Yanjing' (a local eatery) right next door. I stayed for three nights. On the first day, the weather was bad, and there was a sewer smell in the room. The only small window was also blocked by the curtain. The smell disappeared on the other two sunny days. Parking was also a bit tight with limited spaces.

Great service! We arrived early and our booked room type wasn't ready, so they proactively upgraded us. The room was clean and the facilities were excellent. The location is also fantastic – right outside the subway and BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) for easy transfers.

My stay this time far exceeded my expectations! The biggest surprise was the incredible convenience of transportation and parking, which perfectly addressed all our core travel needs. The hotel is just about a 3-minute walk from the subway station exit, so even with luggage, it's a straightforward journey with no detours. You can take the subway directly to city attractions and commercial districts, eliminating the hassle of long taxi queues or searching for bus stops. This is incredibly convenient for tourists like us who rely on public transport. And for those arriving by car, there's absolutely no need to worry. The hotel has its own spacious parking lot with plenty of spaces, allowing you to park and check in directly. This makes luggage transfer incredibly easy and saves you the trouble of searching for temporary parking nearby. Beyond the major highlights of transportation and parking, the hotel's overall service was also very thoughtful. Check-in at the front desk was quick, the room was clean and tidy, and all the facilities were convenient to use. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely prioritize staying here again. I highly recommend it to anyone who values travel convenience!

The location is excellent, not far from both the subway and bus stations, making it very convenient to get around. However, the only major downside was the incredibly poor Wi-Fi and mobile network reception; streaming videos was impossible due to constant buffering. On the first night, the TV in our room wasn't working. We switched rooms on the second day, hoping for better internet, only to discover that the entire 4th floor suffered from terrible connectivity. Consequently, our entire three-night stay felt quite underwhelming.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, right next to the popular 'Xiao Yanjing' food stall. The service was excellent, and they even provided complimentary desserts and fruit snacks. The room was quite spacious, and a particular highlight was the comfortable sofas and lounge chairs in the relaxation area. Highly recommend!
