This hotel wins for the location, very close to Muslim Quarters and Drum Tower, that you can see the Drum Tower on their rooftop. Halal food is close by for Muslims. Good heating/ airconditioning during winter and rain shower's water pressure was really good. Room was a bit small but worth the price paid. Free self-service laundry, very convenient. And the bed is softer than usual hotel beds which can run quite hard. Great accessibility to everywhere. Highly recommended!

Pros- The receptionist was friendly and polite! The location is close to the city wall. Cons: we had reserved a non-smoking room with a unique round bed at the hotel. However, upon check-in, we were disappointed to discover that the room had a strong smoke smell. Additionally, the absence of a window in the room was understandable, but the odor from the sewage drainage when using the toilet was quite unpleasant. Furthermore, we were disturbed by the smell of cigarette smoke wafting in from neighboring rooms early in the morning, which affected our overall comfort during our stay.

Very nice hotel ! In the city center. Very well situated close to the bell and drum towers and metro stations. Miss 小木 received us at the reception. All the staff is very kind and professional. We had a very pleasant journey !

The hotel's butlers are really efficient, and they are almost there at any time. I want to praise this point~ There is a small hot spring pool in my room, and a large cold water pool in the hotel yard, which also meet the different needs of the children~ The breakfast is quite rich, But it’s a bit greasy for us. We have hardly eaten chili scrambled eggs, grilled sausages, and cold dishes. The cooling of the air conditioner needs to be improved. It’s almost 40 degrees in the afternoon in Xi’an in July, and the air conditioner is turned on to the maximum. I woke up three or four times in one night, and I asked the housekeeper that the room was too big and too high, but I want to say that when designing the hotel, the power of the air conditioner should be taken into consideration~ I hope the next time I go to live there, it will be better more comfortable

Location is great nearby huimin market/bell tower/drum tower/great mosque and nearby zhounglou st. Suggest to take exit 8 from the zhonglou st walk to the hotel. I took exit 9 or 1, but unfortunately the escalator of the road was off, hence made me difficult to find the hotel with some luggages. Staff is friendly and helpful eventhough they have some limitation in english speaking but they were trying to help us. Hotel name in didi app called as Feiman hotel. Suggest the hotel add english name (Feiman) on the hotel building instead of only Chinese character name.

The hotel is located in a very good location, with metro just at doorstep and many shopping malls, eateries around. The staff is friendly, breakfast has a large variety with many local delights. Few points to improve: The hotel was opened years ago so maintenance of the hotel needs to be improved. Some facilities such as carpet, sofa, bed mattresses and floor tiles need to be further cleaned and fixed/replaced. I spotted some issues in the room but I only noticed that when I was about to check out. Though the hotel couldn’t do more to compensate for that but the staff was friendly and willing to offer their help if needed.

The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. They were able to speak some English and had translation apps ready when they couldn’t. The rooms were clean and nice. The coffee and breakfast was good. It was a nice location not too busy and loud. There was a school next door but you didn’t hear it which is great. The sitting area was very cute and cozy.

Located inside the city gate near the clock tower and the subway station. Wifi is provided, but there is some obstruction on certain apps and webs. Room size is ok for me, self service free laundry and heater is located in the 2nd floor. Breakfast is served at floor 1 and there is a refillable water also. Free fruits and welcome drink which is send by the robot.

Excellent location at the South Gate, many things nearby and within walking distance. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel is a little hard to find as there are no signs, but with a little help from locals we found it. Only issue we had was last day the cold water was shut iff, plenty of hit water just no cold water, otherwise everything was great.

Stayed for three consecutive days during the Spring Festival. Needless to say, the location of the hotel is very convenient. Public transportation such as the subway is very convenient. The Gulou Muslim Street in the Bureau is also very close (the only tip is not to drive there by yourself during the holiday peak. Traffic control is easy at the door), hardware and services They are all in place, and they even extended my free parking for half a day. If you book in advance, it is very cost-effective and highly recommended.
