Location is convenient, bit hard to find, receptionist wasn't available at the time of check in so we had to get in contact through wechat, however this didn't change much and the process was quick and smooth

Very good value for money, clean hotel, good location. Close to the metro station
Friendly and helpful reception staff.
Easy check in/out, all necessary provided.
I recommend to stay there , I had a relaxing, good sleep night:)

I find that the location was good for a subway station but to get to the actual Homestay was a huge annoyance. Had to ask people where to locate this place. Albeit, when we did arrive there the place reeked of smoke. We left the window open and it was gone, I do like how there is 3 AC's though. One in living room and 2 in the bedrooms. So that gave me a nice cozy feel!

The room was big and clean. There’re many convenient stores and lots of restaurants nearby. Metro is about 10 minutes away (from the elevator hall). Can walk to the bell tower to enjoy the view of the city. Easy to check in via WeChat. I thought it might be difficult to find the room at first but the owner gave me some pictures that show the way clearly. However, they only provided 1 small toilet tissue roll for our 4 nights stayed. the WiFi was very poor.

Fantastic location overlooking city walls. Great value. But a nightmare to find and check in. Room very sp****ly equipped. No crockery or cutlery. Just 2 small towels. No fridge. However overall we were satisfied.

Excellent location at the South Gate, many things nearby and within walking distance. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel is a little hard to find as there are no signs, but with a little help from locals we found it. Only issue we had was last day the cold water was shut iff, plenty of hit water just no cold water, otherwise everything was great.

It was a great experience staying here. Booking was smooth and the location is a Prime spot with calm environment. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay here during our Xi'an trip.
