Regent Phu Quoc

We stayed for five days and four nights, and the overall experience was truly excellent. When booking the room, we mentioned it was our anniversary, so upon check-in, they prepared a small cake for us. Later, when we dined at Oku, they even surprised us with another cake at the end of our meal. While the infrastructure and overall tourist experience in Phu Quoc might be average, the service at Regent Phu Quoc is genuinely outstanding. We'll definitely come back to relax here if we have another chance!

Regent Phu Quoc truly lives up to its reputation as the flagship resort on Phu Quoc Island. The overall experience was excellent, and I truly felt the impact of exceptionally well-trained service. The minibar was very well-stocked, and the infinity pool at the lounge was particularly stunning, adding significantly to both the view and the atmosphere. However, I do have a couple of minor points: They couldn't even accommodate a one-hour late checkout. Was the occupancy genuinely so high that they were that busy? Also, a Chinese manager at the breakfast restaurant actively added every Chinese guest's WeChat. Yet, when guests later initiated contact, they received no reply... If work is truly that demanding, it would honestly be perfectly fine not to add WeChat in the first place. 😃

Regent Phu Quoc truly lives up to its reputation! The facilities are new, the service is excellent, and the design is modern. I accidentally left my headphones behind when checking out, and the butler was incredibly helpful in finding them for me. A huge thank you to them! I'll definitely be staying at Regent Phu Quoc again on my next trip to Phu Quoc.

A must-stay hotel when visiting Phu Quoc! The staff here are all incredibly warm and welcoming, and their English is excellent! There were virtually no communication issues. Every staff member in every area was incredibly attentive and genuinely cared for each guest. Highly, highly recommend!

This hotel would probably be my sole reason to choose Phu Quoc again. The hotel itself is decent, and the service is great, especially the dinner at Rice Market, which was delicious. However, breakfast was just average. While it catered more to Chinese tastes compared to other hotels, it didn't meet my expectations, so I mainly stuck to white congee during my stay. Also, I highly recommend having a few Chinese-speaking staff members. I believe Chinese tourists' spending power far exceeds that of the Koreans you seem to favor.

The service is meticulous, proactive, and attentive, fulfilling every request. My son's birthday had just passed, and upon check-in, the staff noticed the date on his passport and thoughtfully prepared a cake, which was delicious! The room was cleaned twice a day, and the minibar was promptly restocked. You can try Rice Market, Ocean Club, and Oku. Adults have many free activities daily, and the Kids Club, though small, is sufficient. Phu Quoc's sea and beaches themselves are not top-tier, so don't expect a jelly-like ocean. The Regent's advantage lies in the hotel's hardware and service, not the sea view.

Facilities: Quite new, I really liked the design of the hotel lobby. Hygiene: The room was cleaned several times a day. Environment: The hotel environment is nice, with lush greenery, perfect for a stroll. Service: The service was excellent. Most of the staff were very enthusiastic and professional. We got three complimentary laundry items daily, and while the mini-bar snacks were just okay in taste, the variety was decent. Dining: The breakfast had a good variety and à la carte options, and the food was quite tasty. The OCEAN club restaurant was also decent; when we mentioned the crab pasta was a bit too salty, the chef immediately made a new one, which showed excellent service.

A very beautiful hotel, nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. Perhaps the breakfast wasn't as comprehensive as it could have been, and the pool floor was a bit rough on the feet.
