Service was amazing, first night was refunded due to a flight disruption resulting in me missing the first night. You cannot swim in this hotel and make use of the pool unless you have a swimming cap however. A term that should be stated to customers in advance.

Fantastic Stay at Four Points by Sheraton My recent stay at was excellent because of the following reasons 1. Comfortable and Clean: The room was spacious, clean, and had a super comfy bed. 2. Outstanding Service:The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. 3. Convenient Location:The hotel is centrally located near the metro and dining options. 4. Great Facilities: The hotel amenities, including the fitness center and on-site restaurant, were excellent. Overall, I highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton for a comfortable and convenient stay.

next to the metro station and shopping mall. Convenient to eat, buy, and move to other area of Wuhan. Staffs were kind and room and swimming pool was good enough!

Wow, what a wonderful stay! The vibe of the hotel was so welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable and truly a home away from home. I loved the variety of breakfast - so many delicious options! The pool was a refreshing place to relax and the gym had everything I needed for a good workout. The hotel was spotless everywhere I went and the overall setting was beautiful. I can't wait to come back!

The hotel environment is good and parking is convenient. I booked a city view room, but because I had enough membership points, I was lucky to be upgraded to a lake view room. It's pretty good. I will come here again next time.
