Messner Properties in Venice

The hotel is located in a quiet area, with a beautiful canal nearby. The staff is pleasant and friendly. The room is a bit dated and not very clean, but that's okay when you see the view from the window! The price-quality ratio is excellent. Unfortunately, there wasn't even an iron in the hotel.

Very good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.

Considering the location, service, and other factors, it was a good price overall. It's very conveniently located near the Salute boat stop. The area is also home to many locals, so it's quiet and safe. The boat stop and supermarket are both within a 5-minute walk! When booking a room, I recommend booking one on the first floor or higher, not the ground floor.
