The ryokan is around 15 minutes walk from the train station. Kaiseki dinner was good but the lady who served me wasn’t attentive. She disappeared for a good half an hour. I needed to look for her to ask for some rice. The pick up points for shuttle bus wasn’t clear. I almost missed the pick up when returning to the ryokan.

It's a lovely hotel in traditional Japanese style. It has a pretty inside garden and an onsen (no private onsens for booking, only common ones for all hotel guests that are divided for males and females). Hotel provides you with a yukata and a haori for your stay (you don't rent it, they are included in price), which is very convenient. When I asked the receptionist if I can buy them, 'cause I loved them so much, she said I can take them for free if I want. I double checked to avoid any miscommunication, but she insisted that I don't have to pay extra for those. Everything in the fridge, including alcohol, is free. Hotel is a bit far from the main street, but has a transfer, so I'd say it's fine. We ordered a dinner and breakfast, and both were absolutely wonderful, had several courses.

it's quite far from all the restaurants and all the onsen but they got facilities to send you guys to visit all places around kinosaki. this shuttle car service start at 4pm. They provide the yukata as well with the traditional japanese sandal (getta) to wear to walk around to the city. quite far from the train station but luckily the tourist information service there provides free shuttle bus to this place. Even quite far from other places, but we love to stay here. If you guys like walking like us, you guys will pass by the tunnel as shortcut from the hotel to city. the breakfast experience is so cool for the food and setting. they provides us private room to enjoy the breakfast.

In addition to the hotel's own hot springs, the hotel also provides QR codes for various hot springs in Kinosaki Onsen Street. The hotel’s decoration is also very nice and can be used as a check-in point.

Great hotel! The only downside is the remote location. There is a shuttle to the station, free coffee/tea/ice cream, sweets, delicious dinner and breakfast, gorgeous baths (2 indoor baths, an outdoor spring, a cold water plunge pool), a sauna, a foot massage machine and a massage chair. The entire hotel is covered with tatami, so have mercy on people and don't drag your suitcases with you, leave them in the coinlocker at the station.

The overall feeling is very good, clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and the service attitude is excellent; the location is a bit far away, and you need to shuttle or drive back to the center or station when going out to the street; it is quiet enough to sleep beautifully. As soon as I parked my car, someone helped me pick up my luggage and get into the hotel. There was my name on the welcome sign in front of the hotel (there was also a name sign in front of the door for breakfast and dinner). I felt very valued; all the waiters were very kind and helpful, and some The waiter is a ********* student who came here for a trial internship, so communication is much easier. The hotel has a shuttle. When you go out for a walk, you can call wtsapp to be picked up at a designated location, which is very convenient. 3. As soon as we enter the hotel, someone will put away our shoes, and the waiter will take us to the hotel to introduce all facilities, lounges, hot springs, breakfast/dinner locations, yukata giving, etc., and also introduce nearby cafes, restaurants, and check-in slots. , 7 major hot springs outside and other details. If the hotel is listed, you can enjoy the 7 major hot springs for free. (I asked the waiter that there is no need to cover up tattoos in the hotel’s hot springs) 4. There is a pavilion in the room, which is very beautiful, and the photo check-in is excellent; the Japanese room is very spacious, and can accommodate 4 large luggages. One side is a Japanese room for sitting, and the other side is for beds. 5 people need to sleep in the same Japanese room. The two Japanese rooms can be separated by a sliding door. Be a little quieter; when we have dinner, the waiter will help us lay out the tatami. The dinner is very rich, so full that we can't walk, and it is so delicious (there are red snow crab and beef). From what I observed, the waiter at dinner and bed is The same person, the service is still excellent and meticulous, I admire you! 5. The latest dinner we choose is 6:30 (5:30, 6:00 and 6:30pm time slots are selected). There are fireworks to watch just after dinner (9:00pm). The icing on the cake is that they are set off at the station, so we have to go after dinner. Wear a yukata and enjoy the fireworks directly outside the hotel. The 5-minute fireworks are really beautiful, especially at this moment. After the fireworks, you can soak in the hot springs directly in the hotel. Note that the lounge closes at 10:00pm for drinks and snow. Bars are provided, but alcohol is charged. The hotel closes at 12:00am, so if you continue to soak, you can still enjoy the drinks in the lobby (only frozen water, frozen black bean tea and coffee). 6. I went to bed very early after soaking in the hot spring. The hotel opens at 5:30 in the morning, so you can take one more dip in the morning. Breakfast is at 7:30/8:00am, and checkout is at 10:00am after breakfast. Tip: Go to Kinosaki Sea World. If your children want to touch penguins or feed dolphins or related activities, please make a reservation in advance.

This is my second time in Kinosaki, and I stayed at their house. The snow crab is delicious, fresh and sweet. There is a Cantonese lady who speaks Chinese in the front, very friendly~ Staying at their house, you can soak in 6 soups on the street for free, a special experience~

Magical place. Incredible ryokan with a wonderful onsen and exceptional service. It was easy to get there and check in. The room was very large, beautiful with a view of the inner garden. Dinner and breakfast were luxurious, the dishes kept coming, everything was delicious and exquisite. We were provided with yukatas, transfer to the public onsen, back and to the station. I want to express my gratitude to the staff again.
