"Stayed in this hotel before in 2024, upon reflection, I should have booked somewhere else to stay! This hotel is rated as 3 stars, but it’s far from 3 stars! Bedrooms and Bathrooms aren’t maintained to a highest standard for hospitality! Pictures will follow! The food offerings are below standard! I definitely won’t be returning to this place again when I visit Tivoli or Rome! One good point about the place is Valentina! She knows good customer service! The Italian Hospitality Association should close down this place!"

The bed cover was very old. The mattress was stained and the perimeter structure had given way. The breakfast was decent."

"After a few days of visiting Rome, I rented a car to Tivoli in the suburbs and chose this small hotel. It was really small and exquisite. The front desk has always been a shift of several old gentlemen. The room is not big, but the surprise is: the mattress is extremely comfortable, soft and supported! It feels like a selection that can be done by the experienced shopkeeper. Breakfast is on the first floor, the restaurant is not big, and the things are not particularly rich - but the quality is particularly good! An old gentleman will ask you what coffee you want, and then make a cup of it, wow, it's really delicious! The bread, sandwiches and biscuits that can be taken casually also taste very good. There is a drinking machine next to the front desk, the quality of the water is also very good, sweet and not enough to drink. In short, this hotel looks flat, but the inside is very satisfying."

"Beautiful, historical, full of majestic grandeur and stunning details. It is technically a bed and breakfast (as the sign outside suggests). Depending on the entrance, there are quite a few steps up, and it is a feast for the eyes. Not hard to get to from the train station (beware the extremely narrow walkways in some spots, this is a picturesque part of Tivoli. Our apartment had a terrace and a jacuzzi tub (which we loved and used often). It was unseasonably cool, although the days warmed up, so the room was a bit cool at times, but it does have a heater that you can adjust. The shower is very grand, but without being enclosed, a little cool; the water itself is great. The courtyard is gorgeous, Jovani and Eliza are very accommodating and welcoming. Breakfast was very grand on silverware and plentiful, but we wished there were hot options (note that anything hot, like an omelet, must be ordered the night before for an extra cost). Surprisingly noisy street outside between the residence and the beautiful view of the river, but it didn't bother us. Highly recommend!"

"This bnb could be extraordinary with some tweaks. The location is ideal for visiting Villa d'Este. But having walked to the other side of town, I must report that it is the better side. The room is sweet as can be and the balcony is wonderful. Still, the room seems unfinished, as though they opened it in a rush without the final touches. It could use a comfortable chair or two, a mirror over the main shelf surface, clothing hooks in the bathroom, and a ledge in the shower stall to put down soap and hair products. Also some wall decor wouldn't be amiss even for the minimalist style. The staff is super nice, welcoming and accommodating, even if sometimes their inexperience shows. In sum, tidy up the rough edges and this place will be stellar!"
