Can’t review this hotel cos there was a mistake on the day booked already had a hotel at a different location was after this hotel for the next day cancelled a day before arrival and just after I booked the hotel but no refund I can understand the same day as the check in

I can't expect too much from a business trip hotel, but this night was absolutely awful. First, I'm grateful to the front desk for changing my room to one away from the elevator. Unfortunately, at 4 AM, a guest left the hotel, running down the corridor in incredibly loud shoes, dragging a suitcase. Because the hotel isn't soundproofed, the noise completely woke me up in the middle of the night. Then, starting at 4:30 AM, more guests left the corridor, maintaining the same level of noise and shouting. It seems nobody cared about the other sleeping guests. Since my company is nearby and I had to work early, I had to stay here. However, getting to the hotel from Rome is easy – just take a bus from Rebibba and get off at the hotel entrance. I took a taxi for 49 euros – what a ****!

Stayed in this hotel before in 2024, upon reflection, I should have booked somewhere else to stay! This hotel is rated as 3 stars, but it’s far from 3 stars! Bedrooms and Bathrooms aren’t maintained to a highest standard for hospitality! Pictures will follow! The food offerings are below standard! I definitely won’t be returning to this place again when I visit Tivoli or Rome! One good point about the place is Valentina! She knows good customer service! The Italian Hospitality Association should close down this place!

On reflection, this hotel is supposed to be 3 stars but it’s far from it! Bedrooms and bathrooms are totally not up to modern hospitality standards and the food offerings are very poor! One good part of this hotel is Valentina! She knows how to use her customer service skills!
