There was a promotion during our period of stay, however, the front desk did not give us the gift during our check in. Only when we saw the promotion flyer in our room and went down to ask the front desk then they gave us the free gift. Other than the above, the hotel is great! The toilet on the second floor is very clean. My kids love the playground and the slide. Can see that the curtain and window were well maintained and cleaned. The switches are clean too! Small details are very well taken care of. It is also very near Taichung station. Will choose this hotel again!

Very nice motel. Price reasonable. Staff good service and friendly. Plenty of kids friendly hotel decorations. Location strategic and near Taichung train station. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent. The cleanses is not very good. The staff is not very friendly.

Room was clean and spacious, there was even a bathtub in it. The children enjoyed it very much. There was a small play area with a swing so the kids could slide down into a ball park. I was 15 minutes late checking out so there was a small charge. So please make sure you check out by noon.

I love this hotel clean the stuff is good but the only I don't the check in time 5pm too late get tired

Great location! Just a few minutes walk from Taichuan Railway station. Great for families with young children, that a play area located in B1.

The location is good as it is close to the bus and train station.

Central location. Quiet enough room. Average breakfast, small room.

The hotel location is very convenient, right beside the Taichung Train Station. When we were there, there was a nice Christmas market beside. But the area also have quite a few homeless people sleeping around, just be careful where you step when you are out and about the area. The hotel room is fine but there's a cigarette smell in the toilet for the time we were there. The hotel is great for family with kids since they have a playground inside. We loved that they have a laundry room in the basement for us to wash and dry our clothes (20 twd for 30 mins wash, 20 twd for 40 mins dry).

The hotel close to TRA easy to travel

Location is excellent, a lot of food/restaurant nearby, and 10 mins walk from a decent mall if you are not a fan of street food/ local diner. The kid playhouse is good for draining extra energy (if your kid still has after a day out).

1 night stay before heading to next destination. Environment was good

Will definitely come back to this hotel again when I’m in taichung! Convenient and right beside the train station!
