The balcony has a great view, and it's very enjoyable to sit outside when the weather is good. The front desk service attitude is very good, and they are enthusiastic to introduce shops that only locals know. There are snacks and fruits when checking in and checking out. The room is simple and has a sense of design, spacious and bright. However, the intelligent room is a bit useless and not as good as manual. The overall hygiene is good but the details need to be improved. There are hairs on the bathroom floor and they are still in place for three days. There is a lot of dust on the cloth cover of the hair dryer. Towels and linens are changed daily, but bathrobes are not changed daily.

Five-star reviews? Just copy this template. I chose Manxinfu when I came to Suzhou for the first time. The service was really amazing. It brought me a very good experience for this trip, especially Xixi at the front desk. She had a very good service attitude and was very warm. The hotel is also in a good location. I will choose to stay at Manxinfu again if I have the chance to come to Suzhou in the future.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Pingjiang Road. The family room is very small, and the bathroom is so small that you can't turn around. I took the elevator to the restaurant to eat in the morning. The elevator room was just mopped and it was still wet. The floor was also wet after I got out of the elevator. There was no warning sign. The restaurant is not large, and the tables are very compact. When two tables are occupied, the chair legs in the aisle are less than 15cm apart, which can easily trip guests. The location is excellent, at the intersection of Pingjiang Road. I drove there on Friday to hit the rush hour. The hotel has low-level parking spaces, but not many. Check-in was quick, welcome fruits, service was in place, and very sincere. I will continue to choose it next time
