Our 3 night stay was great at these premises and we have enjoyed packege for 2 which is offered by hotel and we made prolongation for one more night. Wellness area is nice for relaxing time and top was our dinner at restaurant! It was very tasty and delicious course of menu. It's very close to Steyr downtown by nice 20 min. walk or you can use hotel's complimentary car transportation. Staff was very kinds to us and always ready to help or give us advise. We recommend this hotel very much.

We were there for New Years Eve and had a delicious four course meal accompanied by great live music. The staff was super friendly and made a perfect job. The next day we were treated to relaxing hours in the spa bath and a massage. We had a lot of fun and a great time, we look forward to comming back soon.

Beautiful location in a quiet spot outside town - you need a car to get around. Nice rooms with balcony overlooking the valley. Limited restaurant menu - staff could be more welcoming

Wir hatten einen Gutschein für 2 Nächte mit einem 4 -Gänge-Menü, je einer Massage und 60 Min. Whirlpool und waren so was begeistert. Fam. Baumgartner und ihr Team sind sehr nett und extrem serviceorientiert. Das Essen war hervorragend. Wir hatten mit Zuzahlung ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und toller Aussicht. Die Massage war super und der Aufenthalt im Privat-Whirlpool ein Traum. Für uns war es absolut ok, dass bei 2 Nächten keine Zimmerreinigung erfolgte. Die benötigt man ja auch nicht wirklich und wenn man trotzdem was gebraucht hat, musste man dies nur sagen. Es muss nicht immer alles so bleiben wie es ist und für unsere Zukunft ist ein umdenken wichtig. Wenn wir wieder mal in Steyr sind, dann geht's für uns auf alle Fälle wieder zum Christkindlwirt. Fam. Baumgartner wünschen wir alles Gute und viel Glück auch bei den weiteren tollen Projekten.

Unser Kurzurlaub über ein Hotelcheck Gutschein war phänomenal. Freundliche Begrüßung und Bedienung. Das Zimmer sehr sauber und gute Betten. Die Dampfsauna tat dem Körper und der Seele gut. Auch für das leibliche Wohl wir gut gesorgt. Wir sind interessiert an ein Wiederkommen in diesem gut geführten Hotel Christkindlwirt.

Wir kommen seit 2010 zum Christkindlwirt und zwischenzeitlich kommen wir als Freunde. Der Familienbetrieb ist so herzlich, das Essen lecker und das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Die private Whirlpool-Lounge ist perfekt für die Zeit zu zweit und der neue Massage- und Kosmetikbereich lädt zum Verwöhnen ein. Das Hotel führt das Österreichische Umweltzeichen.

Wir kennen das Hotel Christkindlwirt schon länger und buchen dort, wenn wir einen Aufenthalt in Steyr planen. Das Hotel ist sehr gut und die Betten finden wir ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber geputzt. Ich finde es auch gut, dass bei einem Aufenthalt von nur zwei Nächten jetzt dazwischen nicht mehr geputzt wird. Bei einem normalen Zimmergebrauch ist das wirklich nicht nötig und es spart Ressourcen und Reinigungsmittel, ist also nachhaltig. Das Essen im Restaurant schmeckt vorzüglich und das Frühstück ist hervorragend, sowohl in der Qualität als auch der Fülle der angebotenen Produkte. Wir kennen viele Hotels, aber das Frühstück beim Christkindlwirt ist schwer zu überbieten. Mit dem Personal haben wir bisher auch sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Jenem Gast, der sich in einer älteren Bewertung über einen dortigen Kellner beschwerte, kann ich nur sagen: "Wie man in den Wald hineinruft, so schallt es zurück." Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, ein Pkw ist also zu empfehlen. Es gibt aber einen Shuttledienst vom Hotel, der - so weit ich mich erinnere - kostenlos ist.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und leckerem Essen. Zimmer sind groß genug und super Service. Spa Bereich war nicht überfüllt. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen. Steyr ist ein schöner Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen, spazieren zu gehen und abzuschalten.
