Very impressed with service, price, location and quality of hotel.
Will stay again

Hotel Gloria was fine for my overnight stay. Close to shops and eateries, with convenient underground parking. Room had a bath tub which was a little bonus

Friendly & pleasant receptionist. Easy to find. Located within walking distance or short drive to shopping malls & food places. Great underground parking. Room & bathroom were clean & bed was comfortable. Had a good night's sleep.  Air conditioning system above the bed was good but is a bit noisy. Plates & cups located in a low cupboard. Hard to reach plates located towards the back of the cupboard. Ironing board & iron were good. The room key card had to be inserted several times to operate the lift. Other stayers had the same issue. Overall a great stay.

Excellent staff, great location, private and quiet, double glass doors keep the noise out. Pool was warm and clean, unfortunately the bar on the ground floor was closed over the Xmas break and that would have been fantastic for a meal or drinks
