When I arrived at the hotel they informed me that there were no rooms available. They said they didn't understand why you made a reservation for a room that wasn't even available. I hope I wasn't charged, in fact I think you should pay me for my inconvenience. Please contact me.

This was my second experience with this hotel, the first experience wasn’t quite bad. However this experience was a total nigh**are! The night shift staff was very helpful and patient. Given the fact that the site was under construction I was able to overlook the never cleaned room and dead bugs in the sink. I was thankful and comfortable until I had to deal with the late and irresponsible management from day shift. First I was told that I would be charged $28 of my $100 deposit for leaving my room a couple of minutes late, but when I collected all of my gathering a I was then told I couldn’t receive any of my deposit back because I had brought damage to the property. My observation she is a unfit and lazy worker that just got over during this holiday season. I still thanked her for her half done and unpleasant services as pushed me towards the exit of the building and threatened to call authorities. I would’ve accepted a portion of the deposit being charged but losing the whole thing that wasn’t worth the service from the beginning is just ridiculous! This particular hotel will never receive my y my service ever again!

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had to go through. A tree fell through my house and had no where to stay, Red Cross provided us with money to go stay at a hotel. We get here and the place is dirty, nasty, obviously not cleaned at all. There was something splattered all over the headboard, bottle caps ( not ours) on the floor, my 2 year old almost stepped on. We don’t have the amenities that we paid for including the jet tub (pictured in pictures but haven’t had them for 3 years is what I was told), or the couch. The towels were dirty so we just used our own. The first room we were in (king bed) the air was barely even on much less working so 2 hours later after we called to tell them we call again because no one has came even though we were told that they were coming to look at it, we call to ask if they forgot about us, told us to come down to office and get another room. Spoiler, this one isn’t any better, it’s a little cooler but still disgusting. It’s what we were limited to because when we arrived and told the amenities that were included weren’t, we called TRIP.com to fix it and all they could do was give me the run around (3pm) then once we wait around at about 8pm is wh and tell me it will be 10 buisness days for my REFUND ?? I told them I don’t have 10 days, we have no where to go because our house is crushed by a tree, we almost died!! We confessed our concerns and no one even seemed to care. I don’t recommend this place nor this app, company whatever the heck they are TRIP.com, I don’t recommend them at all!! No one was helpful at all!!!

Nasty room. Not cleaned and window facing rear of building left open. Room had been used and not cleaned. Numerous items in room broken. Shower moldy and flooding. Staff not helpful and rude. I reported this hotel to their County and state inspectors.

Entire second floor smelled of smoke. No option to stay on nonsmoking floor given. Could not sleep due to smell. I checked in and immediately left to do other things and returned around 10 pm to deal with this

The room was clean but there were no pillow cases on the pillows and there was only one towel in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable though.

I was given two different rooms that were both in need of painting and maintenance done on them. I was so disgusted with the state of the rooms that i checked out within a few hours of arrival

There was a lot of activity going on in the parking lot with groups of young males congregated. Our room was not as clean as it should have been (dirty headboards, very dirty bathroom). We had 1 towel for 3 guests. When I asked for more, I was told the maximum is 2 towels per room. The pillows were very thin, about 3 inches tall. Linens were thin. We saw bugs crawling on our ceiling. We spent a miserable night here and only stayed because of your no refund policy. Goodbye Experian. I have booked with you twice in this area and both properties were the absolute pits.

It is filthy. No pillows. Sheets not clean. Floor sticky. Food in sink. Broken smoke detector. Light in bathroom is broken. Tv remote does not work. Phone buttons missing.

No curtains for the shower. A sink hole near the sink. No light bulbs for lamps. Once I pulled the cover, the sheets were stained. ROACHES EVERYWHERE! Property refused to refund me my money 20 mins after check in
