Overall it's pretty good, cost-effective, there are many projects in the hot spring, the scenery behind the hotel is also good, there is a lot of snow, the scenery is good, you can take pictures and dance there, it's very nice, the front desk can also help us book tickets for attractions

You can ski right outside ⛷️ Korean BBQ is good 👍 The hotel's butler service is very considerate. You don't have to worry about not being able to call a car on snowy days. The breakfast is very rich. It is worth it for friends who love skiing. The package skiing benefits do not require too many clothes, as they can be rented. The self-service small supermarket in the lobby on the first floor is very convenient, and snacks, warm babies and daily necessities are all available.

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at whilst skiing in Changbaishan. With it’s own ski hire desk and the cost of hire and you ski pass included in the rate (this is not well advertised), all you need to do is grab your gear and take a few steps out to the lifts.
The hotel itself is huge and the rooms well presented. There are good food options in the hotel and the small town, just outside the door, has a good few more.
The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide choice for everyone. We did not sample the restaurants in the hotel though.
Only small let down was the slight end of season feel when we were there. We had club access but there was a reluctance to keep restocking the beer and wine as it was used up. Not the end of the world but it was frustrating when there was a group of us wanting to enjoy a few apres-ski drinks. There is also an outdoor pool which was lacking in heat on a couple of occasions, not sure if this was because they perceived it was quiet and not being regularly used.
These were relatively minor grips though. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all in all would be very happy to return.

Great location for a few days of skiing! Breakfast is very nice with various (western) options. We would recommend to put a roomservice menu & Spa menu in the room.
The ski-house is very well organized, I could change from Skies to Snowboard easy. The outside hot bath is absolutely amazing after a full day of skiing.

Opened in 2023, the Star Beauty Health Club offers travelers a pleasant stay in Fusong, whether for business or leisure purposes. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 3km from Songjianghe Railway Station and 22km from Changbaishan Airport. This hotel is located near many of Fusong's attractions including Christ Church, Chixi Nanshan Ski Resort and Tiger Ridge Mountain Sports Park. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. There's never a dull moment at this hotel, our guests indicate that the facilities are excellent.

GGuest UserThe owner of the B&B here can buy tickets to Tianchi from the west slope, so I decided to stay here, but then I thought that I would not go to Tianchi with my children, so there was no need to stay here. But I was still very surprised to check in. The B&B is located in a primeval forest, and the scenery on the way from the airport is particularly beautiful. The snow in the B&B is quite thick, and the children have a lot of fun. The meals in the B&B are also OK. The beef noodles are 58 per night, which is an acceptable price in the hotel. The B&B service is very good. You can rent down jackets here. There is an unmanned supermarket in the B&B where you can buy snow boots, ski gloves, Madiel popsicles and some emergency goods. The only shortcoming is that the room facilities are relatively old, but it is still quite clean. There are hot springs indoors and outdoors in the B&B, which are very warm. Personally, I feel that the floor heating of the B&B is warmer than the hotel I stayed in later in Erdao Baihe.

When checking in, I added Manager Liu on WeChat and he introduced how to use the rights and interests of each project. He was very detailed, the service was very thoughtful and enthusiastic. I will choose this place again next time and will look for him again. Good review! !

GGuest UserWonderful ! 2nd time in Changbaishan, west area, 2nd time stayed in Pullman Resort. This is a gem of a place:
- amazing location (close to the airport, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan, surrounded by nature, super quiet);
- super friendly staff (they really go the extra mile to make your stay the best possible);
- free airport shuttle service;
- amazing food (dinners, delicious and varied breakfast)
- awesome amenities: indoor swimming pool, ping-pong, snooker, gym, majong, SPA, deer you can interact with, etc.
- they also had a healthcare team to go to the hotel, every 3 days in the morning to make the necessary covid tests.
All in all, a magnificent experience. To go back if have the chance to go to Changbaishan again.

AAMAR ANWARSo if you are coming here, you are going to Wanda Ski Resort. There are so many many hotels in the area that it really doesn't matter so much which one you pick.
Holiday Inn is one of the furthest away from the resort, but the price reflects this. However, it is still only a 10-15min walk (even when it's cold and icy) from the resort. The hotel is busy, there will be wait for the front desk, this is why service got 4/5, but the actual information from staff was okay (no English though so god bless my Chinese partner)
The hotel has a mini cinema, a restaurant and access to the ski slopes. You can hire ski's, snowboards along with all the boots and clothing required so you don't need to worry about that.
In the hotel is the rental place, you rent your gear and you simply walk out of the hotel and you are at the ski slopes. Please note this is NOT the same 10min walk to Wanda ski resort, the hotel has its own access to the mountain and you use that.
The restaurant is fine and breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese but some western stuff too.
The room, it's not large, but not cramped. Very warm, we even needed the windows open at -40C outside to avoid being too hot.
There is a mini supermarket in the hotel, but a better 24 hour store across the road.
I think for the money paid compared to other hotels, its very good value. Maybe other hotels have bigger rooms or more restaurants, but as every hotel is next to each other, I wouldn't bother paying more to get one closer to the resort as you can save thousands of RMB for a 1 min walk.
And as most of your time will be spent in Wanda ski resort, you won't be in your room much.
I doubt I would return to Changbaishan / Wanda Ski resort as an area, but if I did, then as long as the value was still there, Holiday Inn Express is a good enough choice

The hotel lobby bar has executive benefits every night. The resort hotel also has executive benefits, which is very good.
Amy, Sunny, and Kohl all provided excellent service and took good care of the children!
The children love to eat Western food. It is very convenient to have hot meals and sandwiches after skiing. After eating, you will go out to the lobby. The concierge will call a car to go to the water park or hot spring. The whole process is very smooth.
Wow, it was so cool, and finally I went snowmobiling.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, very close to everywhere.
There is a lot of food in the ski town. Wanda is indeed fully equipped with complete supporting facilities. You can also buy daily necessities in the supermarket.
The only thing is that it is more troublesome to apply for the snow pass offline if there are foreign guests.

I stayed in Ji'an before, which was expensive and poor during the National Day holiday, but here, the price is reasonable, the room is big, the parent-child bed is separate, there is a bed in the inner room and the outer room, after washing up, the dining table is quite big

GGuest UserThe room was very warm, the floor was hot, the living was very comfortable, there was no noise, I could hear the sound of running water at night, it was very pleasant, I came to experience it with the attitude of trying, but I was really surprised. I stayed for two nights without hesitation and enjoyed this independent space quietly. There are many activities around, go skiing in Wanda, ride a camel, experience ice fishing, climb Changbai Mountain, and feel the smog rafting in Changbai Mountain. I have a great time. The space capsule butler service is in place. The introduction of various attractions is also very detailed, and the price is also compared with many of the cheapest. Just close your eyes, guys. Yeah.

夏夏丽The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants.
It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old.
You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures.
There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options).
The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.
