Service was amazing. Location is perfect. The rooms are clean and cozy. We had an amazing time staying here!

Me and my partner were staying in this inn during the Spring Break. It's a nice little place, and we liked our room a lot. But positive impression was spoiled by the indifferent attitude of the staff. It took them over 30minutes to organize a car from the reception to our room (5min by walk). We missed our breakfast, because no one could inform us about the time when it finishes. When we asked about it, the lady said - 7 o'clock start, when we came to the reception at 9:40am, they said that breakfast finishes at 9am, and there is nothing they can do. And 9 o'clock is really way too early to finish breakfast as it takes long time to get dressed and to get to the reception in the morning. The internet wasn't working in the room and although we asked the reception to help us, there was no cooperation from their side. We also had to ask them to bring the rubbish out, as it wasn't done after the first night.
Overall, it's a lovely inn, but we didn't feel welcome there, as the staff hasn't tried once to show support and cooperation.

The service was great and helpful. The room was big and clean. I really like this place.
You have to take a taxi to go skiing and people from the reception can help you, because the price will change. Taxi drivers will drive for the amount of money that is not normal.

Very good price considering the room was huge and very nice. Also the room was very well insulated. It was -25 outside at night but the room only needed a small electric heater on for half an hour and the room was warm for the night. The architecture was also very beautiful.

The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and nice. We arrived very late and she also made thoughtful arrangements. I like it and highly recommend her place. It's a pity that Tianchi was not open this time. I will book her place next time.
