The hotel itself was lovely, but the staff were amazing - especially in the dining room, they couldn't have been more helpful! The hotel has pretty much everything you would need for somewhere you don't plan on spending any time in, and why would you with all the amazing Italian country side around?? The bedroom was huge and functional, so seemed a bit sp****, but again, you didn't need anything extra. The only problem is it's in the middle of nowhere, with only big outlet malls nearby. The front desk were really helpful though! When we arrived in the area we had no idea of public transport as there's not much help online, but the front desk had loads of information! The breakfast was pretty standard fare, but there was plenty of it and, as I said, the staff there were just amazing with their help (my partner has dietry requirements and they accomodated them so well, and actually went out of their way to do so).

The structure consists of mini apartments with bedroom, kitchenette and terrace. It was built for the summer holidays and therefore has only been open in winter for a year. In fact the doors of the rooms open onto external and therefore cold corridors. Even heating and heat pump air conditioners have difficulty achieving the right heat. But the bed is comfortable even if in a mini room. The living room with sofa bed and kitchenette is quite large and comfortable. So the whole thing is very livable and comfortable, especially for two people. The terrace is large with a table and chairs but cannot be used in winter. We stayed there four nights. Good location for visits to the Lombardy side of Lake Garda.

We consider that Gardaland Hotel is the most convenient option for visiting the Gardaland Resort theme park. The park is not very far and the Hotel provides a free shuttle bus to and from the park. Our 3 nights stay included the park tickets for me, my wife and our daughter plus the tickets for Sea Life (which is a nice addition). The Hotel is very clean, the food selection is good and tasty. We opted for the dinner package at Wonder Restaurant and we are happy with our choice. The staff is helpful and friendly and even though they address you in Italian, they speak and understand English.

I booked two rooms for a few days (for clients) and Lake Garda Resort were very helpful, kind and polite. They warmly welcomed the clients, proved excellent rooms with stunning views. The spaces are very clean and organised. Wonderful breakfasts were also provided. A fantastic place to stay, close to amenities but away from any chaos to enjoy nature and peace.

Very pleasant structure very spacious room with every comfort immersed in a complex to say not wonderful between flowers and very clean green spaces but the difference of this structure is in the staff that is able to meet any The most strange needs are the most exemplary and very friendly needs! being 15 minutes from Verona airport the disconseil to all those who have to leave and want a reference point 10 and praise the holder who has made ready to bring us ice cream at 5 p.m. Our 5-year-old child ...... Wonderful stay in this big impressive building . We were traveling with our 5 year old and his highlight was swimming in the pool until 9 pm ( reserve your swim slot on arrival it lasts for 2 hours ) The rooms are big . Wi-Fi fast . Free parking . We ordered dinner to the room and it was served well , big pasta was delicious . So was the tiramisu.
