Great location, clean, and cold. It's not nosicy even if it's beside the main road. It would be great if you could add saddles for bath room.

The hotel is new. I like it very much. It's very close to the subway. It only takes 3 minutes to walk. It is very close to Little India and Haji Lane. Food is available nearby. The bed is a bit high, so little people have to climb up😛 Ha The hotel has waiters who understand Chinese and communication is very smooth. Will recommend friends to stay here Remember the subway is the blue line. It’s not far from anywhere. There are two 7-11s nearby, which are smaller. The photos were taken at the hotel entrance and outside the hotel window😂 I didn’t take a picture of the room. Anyway, it’s the same as what you see on the website.

The apartment is in an excellent location. It is between two subway stations on the blue line. It is convenient for eating. Nearby are Nanyang Old Coffee, Ya Kun, Songfa Bak Kut Teh, Toast Workshop, Coconut, and basic internet celebrity shops. The kitchen can also be used for cooking. For food, there is a supermarket in Tangchengfang nearby to buy food. The only bad thing is that the front desk staff are foreigners. Their English is not standard and they don’t know Chinese at all. They often rely on translation software to communicate. In addition, after 8 p.m. The emergencies that occurred were not solved in time. For example, one night after we washed and dried our hair, the hair dryer suddenly caught fire🔥. Because the front desk was off work, we could only call the boss to communicate, and the hair dryer could only be brought the next day. , the two children slept with wet hair that night, and caught a cold the next day. This can be improved.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, very close to MRT (Maxwell MRT), the food center (Maxwell food center - where there are lots of good food) & Buddha Tooth Relic Temple (where I can go praying early in the morning). Facilities very new and clean. Very comfy bed & kitchen has microwave to reheat the food I bought

Booked a room for my son for 2 nights. When he checked in, hotel says he’s booked for 2 different rooms for each night of his stay, which would mean he would transfer rooms. Who would do this? Anyway, hotel was able to fix it his and gave him one room for his 2 nights stay. Hotel said that trip booked him in 2 different rooms. All good in the end. Regarding Housekeeping, he put make up room when he left early for the day, when he got back, room was not made. Housekeeping came while he was in the room, luckily, I had a separate room for my husband and I so was able to transfer while they’re cleaning the room. He transferred because housekeeping said they won’t come back and clean room at a later time. This we found odd. They should’ve cleaned it earlier when guest was out, and if not, they should adjust and come back if guest is back at the room mid day. Lobby was beautiful. It opened up to a big open space, outdoor, with a grass patch. Super relaxing vibe. Concierge at ground floor was very helpful. From keeping our bags after checkout as our flight back was at night, and for helping us get a ride when we couldn’t access our grab app, and keeping stuff so we didn’t have to go back to our room when we decided to have a night cap after our event on sat night, and just being attentive to our needs while we were at the lobby. Good job!
