Multi-dimensional Executive Apartment (Convention and Exhibition Center) Reviews

Apartment was very close to the train station, although it would be a bit tough to find for those who don’t use a mainland number, baidu maps and wechat. On my end, it was very quick and easy since i got in touch with their hotline before coming, who then asked me to add their wechat account and provided me with photo instructions on finding the place. Checkin was also done thru the wechat mini program before being given the door passcode, although we met by chance near the lift lobby once we came up so he already opened the door directly for our convenience as well. He was very considerate, checking if we needed any more stuffs and even arranging delivery of additional pillows to the room after we returned late at night and realized it. The package we booked included one breakfast only but he provided for all of us anyway. There are many restaurants across the road but most of them close up by 9 in the evening. I read the reviews beforehand so i was glad they were able to improve on the complaints written here, so i made sure to take photos to document them, but it would be wise just as well to remind them on wechat before coming so they can prepare enough items for the number of people staying. Things to note, there was a leak on the ceiling of the shower area, water was clear and it wouldn’t really drip on you from where you stand. The air conditioner in one room was quite hard to open at first, had to switch batteries to the other remote control (cover also broken 😂) and it tended to make weird noises from time to time but was able to sleep through it anyway.

Good location but poor services. 3 adults check in with shortages of basic toiletry e.g. just got 2 sets of paper towels and toothbrush. Provided 3 units of 1 inch thickness ragged pillow. Furnished with a kitchen facility without cups and spoons (basic needs) Poor maintenance and manner, smelly wardrobe and kitchen cabinets. The worst is entering our apartment before check-out time without our presence and permission.

It's okay, but there are no shower gels and shampoo swabs that need to be improved. There is only one pack of disposable towels, which is only enough for one person. There are still some details that need to be improved.

Very clean and hygienic! The boss also has a very good attitude. When I accidentally got hurt on the road, the boss immediately came over with medicine.

The hotel is in a very strategic location with convenient transportation. It is surrounded by commercial streets and shopping malls, making it super convenient for shopping and eating. Moreover, the sound insulation effect of the room is very good, so you don't have to worry about the noise from outside at night.

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night and was very satisfied. The room is clean and comfortable, with complete facilities and free WiFi, which is very convenient. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family and would stay here again.

It is in a building, a commercial building. There is no front desk. You have to enter the password yourself. There is no water in the middle of washing.

A colleague from the company booked a room for me. I arrived at the hotel very late. The little brother received me well and was very nice. Check-in was smooth.

I had to call in advance to confirm my check-in, and the whole process was done over the phone. I didn’t have a mainland phone number, so the security guard downstairs couldn’t help me. So I randomly used the phone number he provided to add WeChat, and waited for him to pass the authentication before he could get his home-return permit. It’s so annoying to know that the other person is Mizhen, a staff member of the apartment. Finally, he provided the location of the unit and the password to open the door. The password was wrong, so he kept trying again and again. It had been working here for more than half an hour. The room is ok, but the towels don't feel clean. The air conditioner is noisy. I wish I could open the window, so I turn off the air conditioner. There is nothing downstairs, I won’t consider it again

The location is good and the transportation is convenient. You can go directly to the Chegongmiao subway station on the first floor downstairs. If you have any requests, please tell the housekeeper and they will be processed immediately. Not bad. The hotel is located in a commercial and residential complex, but it doesn't have much impact at night.
