體驗很差，完全就是個小旅館，網上圖文和現實不一，訂的豪華房20一26平米，到店給了十平米的房間帶2平米的小衞生間，值斑老太説1米8的房就是豪華房，房間裏連個電視也沒有，衞生間連掛捲紙的掛鈎都沒有，房間打掃不乾淨，床頭櫃上，地上到處是頭髮#衞生

老闆説這個就是單人間，8平不到，1.2m床鋪（兩人無法睡）無獨立衞生間，房間外面有個衞生間説別人不用的，那個衞生間就是跟這房間配套的。如果不喜歡可以退住或者加100住舒適大床。實際單人家升舒適大床也沒那麼貴，最後沒辦法加了100,凌晨一點太晚了也沒地方。

衞生間很小，裏面是坐廁，洗澡衹剩下一點點位置，而且掛鈎很少，不方便掛衣服，房門不能反鎖，總覺得不安全

連續住了好幾天，出差來深圳，美家的老客户了，走的時候幫忙開好了發票，方便省事。辦公的話，房問 wifi很流暢，交通非常便利，去哪都方便，價格也實惠，老闆人很好溝通，沒有大酒店的條條框框，比較隨意。

這個價格在市區中不算貴的，環境衞生比同等價位的公寓好很多，服務態度很規範，服務主動熱情，貼心周到，房間設施齊全，有洗衣機可以洗衣服，個人覺得性價比挺高的，值得推薦。樓下就是餐飲一條街，對面就是公交車站，步行幾百米就是世界之窗，歡樂谷，遊玩出行非常方便。下次旅遊還來這裏😁
