Great hotel that is family friendly. Hotel buffet offers a good spread. The indoor playground at the hotel is huge and always well sanitized. Amazing kids haven. The flexibility for breakfast to be taken after check out is well appreciated and thoughtful

Pretty average for the price compared to what we paid in other ********* cities. Room smelt a bit and it felt dirty not having slippers to wear on the carpet which didn’t look clean. Bathroom was good. Few room amenities but the main reason people come is for the breakfast I think. It has a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. Quality isn’t amazing but you should find something you like. The staff at the breakfast place aren’t very friendly but I guess they running a tight ship with so many people. Breakfast also runs to 1pm which is good. 2 hr limit but you can check out at 11am and the go eat.

The stay was good, rooms were spacious, cozy and clean. The first impression from the front desk agent was a little disappointing. They don't seem welcoming. The hotel looks grand but the front desk agent were cold and distant. Breakfast spread was good as there were many choices. Kids playground was decent, clean and spacious. Laundry system was a little wonky, you had to pay way more for the stipulated operation time for the cleaning and drying. Overall it was a satisfactory stay.

Great family oriented hotel with excellent international standard breakfast/ brunch which ends at 1pm! Some rooms are without windows, but otherwise a good stay.

Great location and service. Rooms were modern and clean. Check in was a breeze.
