The location is close to shang fen metro station but the hotel location is in a rural area. But for a small budget it’s good and clean

The apartment hotel was perfect. Exactly as described on the website and in photos. The boss was very helpful and friendly and I extended my stay longer. The location is great for seeing the city also!

All in all, it's not a bad spot to stop at to kill a business trip night as merely to transfer from HongKong to ShenZhen and connect to the next destination. It's not the best choice, but economically speaking, it's not a bad place. Easy going and convenient to dine and all the other things needed. Well, it takes a good effort to find this place to check in though. You might need to use your map to watch very closely to check in.

Not bad

To be honest, both the actual scene and the description of the store were not consistent. I booked a deluxe twin room, but I had to lower my head to walk in the room. There was no hot water in the toilet, the sound insulation was not good at all, and there was someone knocking on the door in the middle of the night.

It's a long way from the subway station, and I took a long detour according to the map instructions. In fact, the route is quite simple. It is located in an apartment hotel in the city-centre community. There are many restaurants nearby, and there are markets and night markets in the morning and evening, which are quite lively. Fortunately, the check-in time was good, and I met a kind and hospitable owner. I received a lot of help, and the bedding was new, soft, and easy to sleep on.

Clean, hygienic, ventilated and comfortable, it is a good hotel for business trips.

Facilities: All facilities are complete, including hot water and air conditioning. They all look quite new. Hygiene: Not bad, no smell Environment: There are many snacks around and not far from the subway station. It is very convenient to travel. Service: There is a front desk on the first floor. The attitude is very good. If there is something missing, help bring it up.

要不老闆你陪我點錢吧？第一，我拿到房卡打開房間門後照片與實際房間嚴重不符，這算不算詐騙，看圖1，可以看到房間非常擠非常窄，甚至沒有私隱，窗簾後一扇大窗和隔壁樓緊挨着，其次窗簾上有不明黑色污點，窗簾是直接和床挨着的，這個衞生情況很難評價；第二，第一次見酒店或者公寓居然沒有專門沖廁所的按鍵和工具，得用垃圾桶代替，甚至廁所沒有水龍頭接水，花灑是研究了一個小時才研究出怎麼打開，請看圖2廁所衞生情況，圖2中的黑色垃圾桶就是用來沖廁所的；第三，這個房間唯一的水龍頭還是壞的，根本無法固定，由於廁所沒有水龍頭，嘗試用燒水壺的水來沖廁所，打開燒水壺那一刻才是暴擊，因為太恐怖了，我沒有仔細看裏面是放了幾年酸臭的茶葉還是黴菌，反正那些蟲子蚊子在我打開水壺的那個沖到我的臉上，求我心理陰影面積；第四，在我們去往酒店房間上樓的過程中看到酒店的毛巾床單用品直接丟在樓梯口，甚至是發黃的浴巾，根本沒有人處理。第五，我不太懂這個粘粘膩膩的鼠標墊放在這裏的作用是什麼，這個桌子吃飯都沒地方放，整個桌子都是粘粘膩膩的，還有這個椅子實在不行給個毛巾墊墊唄，真的要這麼臟嗎？如果可以打0分我也不會給這個店1分，衞生環境真的非常差，安全性也沒有保障，隔音效果也非常差，一萬個不推薦。

和實際描述的不一樣，實際可能才10平方，內部空間窄的很，轉都轉不開。

位置近地鐵站好找，房間環境憂雅通風，前台服務熱情有責任感，客房衞生乾淨，樓下好多東西吃挺好的

距離深圳北站很近幾百米，酒店設施齊全，衞生環境比較乾淨，前台服務態度好，一次了好的體驗性價比很高
