就在高鐵旁邊 步行十多分鐘都可以到 服務態度很好 一樓是早餐 真的是超愛酒店的早餐 麪條 餛飩 炒飯 適合早餐的菜 餅…… 一樓還有KTV😄

房間很大氣，價格很實惠，而且酒店的廁所和淋浴共用一個玻璃門，很有想法，節約材料，酒店前台服務態度佳，而且酒店的早餐也非常豐富好吃，總體來説非常不錯

總體體驗感巨差
1.沒有熱水，外面氣温零度，讓我拿冷水洗澡麼，問了前台説就是沒有熱水，沒有這個條件，能不能別營業
2.門口塞小卡片，門上還提示不要相信小卡片內容，你既然知道這事能不能加強安保管理，怎麼的釣魚執法麼
3.空調温度根本升不上去，開了一晚上温度從15度升到17度，玩呢
4.房間裂縫，臟污嚴重
5.地方偏，周圍兩公里內衹有高架橋，噪音影響，吃飯都困難
訂的時候一看大酒店，體驗感屬實配不上這幾個字
對紹興的好感度直線下降，以後不會再去這個城市

主要是前台收銀員亂收費 還叫我們趕緊搬出去，不要在這裏住 態度太差 怪不得你們酒店評價這麼差 早晚一天要被那幾個收銀員把你酒店搞垮 説實話，住了這次也就沒下次了。
