Not value for money. Got electric kettle but need to request for cups and a chair. Torn curtains and smelly room. Trip.com posted misleading facade of hotel

Hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to Giant Supermarket, eateries, including Him Heang and Ghee Heang.
Cleanliness and room amenities are substandard. Water was also dripping from the heater . Reception is normally unmanned.
Room rates are low but not suitable for family with children and elderly.

Easy to find things to eat, near the department store. There is enough parking, but the room is small and the cleanliness is fair. Small room but suitable for the price

Good location, convenient travel, but room quality is quite poor. The sheets and towels were not clean. When I slept, it was itchy. After the trip I got a rash as you can see. Caused by mites on bed sheets In the facilities it is written that there is a water heater available. which actually has a water heater But it doesn't work. The air conditioner and TV remote don't work. There are no batteries to replace.

The whole experience was terrible. The reception was terrible. Flirting with a Bangla worker in front of guest. Spoke Tamil in front of guest. Required RM50 deposit whereby I have already paid the full amount via Agoda. The Indian reception girl was busy talking oh her mobile and asked the Bangla worker who was just a cleaner to deal with me. Asking me RM52 in cash for the deposit. I asked if I could be via card and he said No. Feeling exhausted after a long journey from KL, all I wanted to do was to be in my room to have a shower. When I reached the room, no towels were present. I went down again asking for my towels, and the Bangla guy told me to come at 10.00pm. I demanded I get my towels now and asked for my deposit receipt.
