We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Hotel staff are really friendly and welcoming, when we arrived at 9pm. Upon check in, we were served with hot towels and some pastry. We were escort to our room (welcome fruit and dessert). Overall, great experience and will definitely come back again. Great things - Breakfast spread was decent (Yunan Mixian was the bomb) - Room was supply with oxygen - Room was really clean and new - Complimentary laundry service done by the staff (not coincidentally laundromat) Things to improve - The heater in the room was too warm even after trying to adjust the temperature. We need to open the window to let the cool breeze in. - no fridge in the room - no air conditioned. As per staff, Shangri-La is usually cold throughout whole year so only warmer is provided in the room

The host is very friendly On our first day arrival , he go thru with us our itinerary and adjust some Has many little tibbit serve for free, free flow mineral water, probiotics The camp fire environment at night is also very cool Overall pleasant stay for 2 nights during our shangrila trip Location is nearby the old town but not exactly in it Car assessable location which I feel is good instead of staying inside the old town Amenities is one time use towel but if u don’t like u can request normal towel All amenities is average grade not as luxury type but ok for the price of the hotel charge Breakfast is the simple type but nice noodle

We booked 2 rooms with 1 nite stay. Location 15 mins walk to ancient city. Room amenities is modern and clean. Thumbs up for the shower. Bed is comfy and bright lighting which can be adjustable. Oxygen provided in the room is a plus point. Late check out available. Staff was helpful to carry our luggage to room and check out time.

The hotel is located very near to several tourist spots. They had this indoor camping area which we enjoyed hanging out. There were also 3 cute little cats hanging around the camping area, it was nice to play with the cats after a day out exploring Shangri-La. We really enjoyed our stay here

I highly recommend Shangri-La Banxia Time Homestay for its prime location in the heart of Dukezong Ancient Town. The homestay's beautiful decor and stunning views of Dafo Temple, especially at night, create a truly magical atmosphere. What truly sets this place apart is its thoughtful amenities. Given Shangri-La's high altitude, the homestay provides essential oxygen supplies. Additionally, the heated floors and bed warmers ensure a cozy and comfortable stay, even in the frigid -5 degree nights. The staff at Banxia Time Homestay are incredibly kind and helpful. They consistently go the extra mile, using translation apps to communicate effectively and offering valuable travel advice. Their voluntary offer to drive us to the train station without expecting any compensation was truly heartwarming. This exceptional homestay offers comfort, convenience, and unforgettable experiences. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shangri-La.

If you love a big and clean space, this is THE inn for you! Spacious, modern, friendly staff, minimalist and in a quiet spot :) They will help to arrange a trishaw to pick up your luggage so you don’t have to worry even if you’re carrying a lot. The old town centre is also quiet and pleasant, with lots of options for food :)

A newly opened hotel near Dukezong Ancient Town. The main reason I chose this hotel is because they have oxygen supply in the room, there’s a lift in the hotel, there’s a hospital nearby and it is about 5mins very slow walk to Dukezong. Bed is comfortable, there’s smart toilet, dehumidifier, heater in the shower and floor heating. Some rooms were equipped with projector tv while some is with Xiaomi Smart TV. They also have thermometer and oximeter at the front desk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended us the restaurant next door which serves quite good ******* food. The staff went all out by sending us to the hospital nearby when one of us had a medical emergency. Breakfast is a little underwhelming but the whole day free flow of coffee is good. We wanted to go to their sister hotel in Napahai for the pet feeding but there wasn’t any availability, which was a little disappointing. Overall it is a nice hotel. Will choose this hotel again if we were to come back to Shangri-La.

They took the time to explain the hotel’s amenities Throughout my stay, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Room & Comfort: My room was absolutely beautiful! It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. I particularly enjoyed the large windows that provided a stunning view. The bathroom was equally impressive, with luxurious toiletries and a powerful shower. They were so mindful and prepared halal meal for our breakfast. A special touch I appreciated was the welcome fruits and snacks in my room. It made me feel truly valued as a guest. Room for Improvement: If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the Wi-Fi connection, which was slow. Overall, my stay was exceptional. The service, facilities, and comfort were all outstanding, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay!

The hotel facilities were equally impressive. Free dressing and photographer also well prepare and professional taking care us. Overall, Lisiman Xinsu Yusiye hotel exceeded my expectations. Its blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service makes it a perfect choice for travelers seeking an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

I had the most incredible stay at Shangri-la Runjing Muqi B&B. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a serene atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The property is beautifully designed, blending traditional aesthetics with modern comforts, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle of daily life. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully decorated, reflecting the local charm of Shangri-la. The attention to detail was remarkable—from the soft linens to the carefully curated amenities that added a touch of luxury to my stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the owner of the inn. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, even offering to pick me up from the train station and drop me off when I left, which was a huge help as the B&B is located about 25 minutes from the town and getting a Didi can be a bit challenging in the area. The inn doesn’t have elevators, only a staircase, but the staff were so attentive—they carried my luggage up and down for me, ensuring I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The location is perfect for exploring the serene beauty of Shangri-la. Nearby attractions include Potatso National Park, Songzanlin Monastery, and Dukezong Ancient Town, as well as a nearby horse ranch, where you can dress in traditional ******* costumes and ride across the scenic grasslands. The on-site breakfast was delicious, with fresh, locally sourced options that made each morning a delight. Overall, Shangri-la Runjing Muqi B&B offers an unforgettable experience. It’s a peaceful retreat with exceptional service, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to explore the wonders of Shangri-la. I can’t wait to return!
