## Facilities: We checked in at the end of November, and perhaps because it was the off-season, my mom and I were upgraded for free to a loft-style scenic family room. The bedding was super comfortable, and the huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered fantastic views. The pervasive underfloor heating was incredibly cozy, and they even had humidifiers. Most importantly, the hairdryer wasn't just a Dyson; it came with multiple attachments perfect for curling, straightening, and various hairstyles! Very thoughtful! ## Ambiance: The entire hotel features a wabi-sabi style with natural wood, embracing the true essence of nature. For example, the wooden rocking chairs on the third-floor observation deck are made of solid wood, and the tables and chairs in the ground-floor restaurant also have a very refined texture. ## Service: Transfers are provided by Mercedes-Benz luxury vans. Whether you're coming from the train station, airport, or a scenic spot in Shangri-La city, they offer doorstep pick-up and drop-off, always on time! Before check-in, guests are added to a dedicated group, and every day of your stay, you receive various tips and reminders, such as information about breakfast, lunch, dinner, craft workshops, and bonfire parties. ### Special Mentions: It's worth noting that our high-speed train on the second day was at 3 PM, and they kindly extended our check-out until 2 PM. They also gave us highland barley twist bread and yak cheese as a farewell gift! Every single staff member at the hotel was incredibly, incredibly, incredibly wonderful. There was a very sweet young lady at the front desk who taught us about traditional ******* butter tea and how to make tsampa, explaining everything in great detail, from daily habits to the preparation process. Plus, she's an amazing photographer with an incredible eye for composition – 100% perfect shots! From late November to February of the following year, you can enjoy the stunning 'Golden Mountain under the Sun' view from the hotel restaurant while having breakfast with deer and alpacas! If we can meet again, I hope it's when spring is in full bloom!

Excellent! The view is stunning and they even upgraded our room for free. We were too lazy to go out, so we ate at the hotel and the food was delicious. They also had a bonfire party at night. I hope to come back in July or August next time!

Absolutely a perfect stay! I'll be recommending this hotel to many friends in the future. The facilities are excellent, and the food is fantastic. Located right by Napa Lake, you can see lots of birds in the morning. Plus, you can go downstairs and play with the deer and alpacas. It was truly perfect and the most memorable part of my trip.

I stayed in a room on the first floor of Zeyuan this time, and the moment I drew back the curtains, I felt truly healed: warm sunlight streamed in, and the room had its own small courtyard. Sitting in the courtyard, gazing at the scenery outside, I could easily spend an entire afternoon just daydreaming. The view at Zeyuan is incredibly soothing. Beyond the courtyard are lawns, water, and mountains, offering a wide and peaceful vista. Every photo you take here looks like it belongs on a wallpaper. Perhaps because there aren't many rooms, it's significantly quieter here compared to Ritzman, making it perfect for introverts to unwind, daydream, and slowly savor their vacation. Ritzman's ranch is larger and has more children, creating a livelier and more energetic atmosphere, better suited for families with kids. Zeyuan, on the other hand, is more tranquil and relaxed. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, this place is a better fit. I hope this comparison helps those who are still deciding between the two. Also, the animals here are such a wonderful bonus! The hotel provides free vegetable leaves for guests to feed them. The deer and alpacas are incredibly gentle and can be petted and photographed up close. They also get along well with children, making them a delightful surprise for both adults and kids. Overall, Zeyuan is the kind of place that makes you slow down without even realizing it. The small courtyard, beautiful scenery, peaceful environment, and adorable animals make it perfect for anyone wanting to escape the hustle and bustle and truly rest.
