We are travelling as a family with young kids. The location is convents located near the town centre, and 10 mins ride to airport. Besides View from room’s balcony is amazing, the staff are helpful and polite in assisting in all ways.

Nice and spacious room with oxygen supply. You can see moonlight city directly from your room. Also love the hotel's breakfast - there's a variety of western, Chinese and traditional dishes.

Hotel Indigo has a spectacular bird eye view of the Shangrila town, the room has the view of the temple in the Dukezong Ancient Town. The hotel is very new and the staffs are super friendly, especially Cyrus Pan who did helped me a lot of some miscellaneous things though the stay just only 1 night. Room is clean and spacious. The restaurant served amazing food with much comfortable environment than restaurant in the ancient town. I can say a hotel must stay in Shangrila and definitely I would return if visit to Shangrila again.

My stay here was excellent—after several days of hiking in cold weather, this was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a comfortable bed, hot shower, delicious food all with excellent service. The view from the room overlooking the city was stellar, especially at night time. Highly recommended.

The hotel location is great and service is almost perfect. The only downside is that the hotel has no gym or swimming pool.
